Unexpected resort feeling. Room was superb 👌 Spacious with very comfortable beds. Location has amenities within walking distance...Fantastic rooftop with pool and view. Brekkie was healthy, warm and delicious..

Room tidy and very clean with a fridge, hotel is on one the main avenue and still very quiet, we were ln the ground floor. Roof top is very nice with 2 pools, 1 bar which happen to be the breakfast area. The breakfast was ok. We would have appreciated

The hotel is pretty. That’s all I’m Willing to give it. The hotel had no water during My entire stay because the boiler wasn’t working. I checked out early and was promised a refund for the hotel to immediately stop responding. In addition to no water both rooms on either side of mine had screaming children that woke up at the crack of dawn. And since the hotel had no hot water and it was full, my only resort was to check out early. The hotel restaurant was mid at best. And I did not receive the advertised meal credit for my room. I would never stay here again, and I won’t be going back to Tulum for a very long time.

Me gustó muchos las instalaciones, muy naturales, tipo jungla, la habitación y la cama excelente súper cómoda. Todo bien con el agua caliente, incluido nos subieron de habitación a una deluxe. La atención de Cris de recepción la mejor de todas! Agradecemos a Cris, y la atención de Tomás en el desayuno fue la mejor gracias por todo!

Easy check in and a good rate. The hot water wasn’t working, though. I showered at the hostel nearby. Rooms were nice and safe and clean and smelled good.

Room was a good size, with a little balcony overlooking the little jungly area. The room itself was pretty basic. I had a hot shower 2 days out of 7. And even then you have to let it run for 15 minutes before it gets warm. The wifi was amazing. Staff were polite and helpfu. The location is great, youre close to restaurants and the grocery store. And maybe a 5 minute scooter ride to the beach zone. 4/5 for the cold showers lol.

Tutto molto bene. Ringrazio ancora la gentile signorina Isabella che al momento del check in mi ha messo a mio agio dandomi chiaramente tutte le informazioni per un piacevole soggiorno. Posizione ok e pulizia.

TLDR; Exciting concept, poor implementation, horrible service The concept: a courtyard with its own minijungle surrounded by the actual hotel. All rooms face the courtyard. The breakfast restaurant, the bar and the pool is on the rooftop, overlooking the nearby actual forest. All in brutalistic concrete. Exciting! But the room smelled of mold, when A/C wasn't cranked up.  The outdoor area was basically flat concrete, with strewn-out sunbeds, apart from the pool area which on the other hand is cramped. The bar served beer only. The breakfast buffet was half-full of items, at all times. We ended up buying breakfast in the nearby supermarket and eating in our room.  AC cranked up. And all that could have still have been ok - if the there had just been beds that worked We were two parents and one tall 17-year old. We travel a lot, always booking double-beds. Which at this hotel meant queen-size beds - and the smallest version of them. Couldn't fit two adults (except for perhaps those first two rosy-eyed weeks of an affair.) We asked front desk for an extra bed, a pull-out couch, or even just a mattress to put on the floor. Didn't exist. Pushed again. We could get a bigger room the next day. But next day: no, room wasn't cleaned. Or wait, management had said no. The answer wavered. I ended up slerping three nights on the floor. (Next hotel, on Cozumel, no problem getting an extra bed. "Of course, señor, we understand if the beds are too small.")

From the day we got there we had no hot water and our AC wasn’t working. It took nearly 3 days out of the four days. We stayed there to get the AC to work, but it would only work for a few hours and then go out the shower. water was cold never warm and there was an ant infestation on our balcony. We had to sleep with the doors open due to no AC and I’m covered in mosquito bites. They placed us in a room right by the stairway and all we heard was people running up and down all evening and all morning long, nobody spoke good enough English at their hotel to be able to help us when we asked for help. I was really hoping this hotel would fit our needs, but it was terrible.

O quarto estava limpo, grande e bem organizado. A localização é ótima, com vários restaurantes e cafeterias próximas. O hotel é lindo. O único ponto que deixou a desejar é o café da manhã, só tinham 3 opções (ovos, fruta e iogurte), mas as opções não eram expostas, você precisa pedir exatamente o que quer e eles trazem. Achei um pouco improvisado. Mas os ovos estavam gostosos.
