Terrible!Terrible! I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.

It was an amazing apartment. Very clean, very comfortable and very spacious. Great views. We were a family of 6 adults. There were 3 bathrooms, including one attached to the main bedroom. Decent kitchen with cups & cutlery. There was a coffee machine (guests to buy pods). The whole apartment has one portable AC. It was not a trouble (we stayed in May), but there were no ceiling or pedestal fans; which we found a bit inconvenient. The host, Youssra, was very friendly and responsive whenever we needed to contact. She uses WhatsApp, and can speak good English. The free breakfast was truly awesome. It's in a waterfront tented restaurant with a decent fine dining setup (host facilitates this and you just go tell that you are from this property). The staff were very courteous. Just one thing to note, we landed in Casablanca in the morning and took a cab to this place. The checkin was at 3 and there was no place/reception/security to leave our bags ahead of checkin. The host made it clear and it was not her fault, but we literally got held up not able to leave our bags anywhere.

I saw the negative reviews for this apartments but decided to give it a chance. The listing stated that it was 15 minutes walking distance to Hassan tower, this was not at all true, it was a fair distsnce walk from the tower. The room promised a hair dryer, there was none. The iron was burnt and rusty. The hot water became cold as soon as one person showered. And the icing on the cake was that the apartment was crawling with ants! There was an ant infestation!! Absolutely disgusting. I was travelling with my elderly mother and two small children.

A beautiful place in a lovely area, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop and about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The apartment manager, Youssra, was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions and assistance whenever needed. Thank you for everything.

I highly recommend this apartments.Yousra was great and knowledgeable she provided a great services. The apartment was clean and has a great view.

The room was, the restaurant was very good even though it is around 10mins walking distance. Special thanks to Yusra who went out of his way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended

Staff was pleasant and available. Great view over Rabat, awesole nightly. Just some noisy restaurant underneath the building we were in, was a bit of a problem.

5 stars Excellent location with security guards ,the apartment is modern with a lot of space and the kitchen is nice too and the living , dining area is spacious ,clean and comfortable and the balcony has nice views and the staff’s are friendly and welcoming and thank you to my host YOUSSRA who was very welcoming and helpful

L’appartement est spacieux et bien conçu mais l’entretien de l’équipement laisse à désirer : néon et ampoule non remplacés, fer à repasser inutilisable, vaisselle non complète, cintres insuffisants (2 au total). C’est dommage.

Room was not available at check in till 7pm even though contract says 3pm and we showed up at 3:30. Lobby not available so receptionist asked us to wait on the street in the sun. She was very rude too.

The marina area of Salé is well located. We booked for the first 2 weeks of April. We arrived at the end of Ramadan which was a statutory holiday. The check in was done very fast and not much information was given to us.all she was interested in was that i leave a good review on booking.She told us that it was a holiday for them today and i felt like i was disturbing her. The apartment was never inspected before the rental. We had water issues in both of the bathroom sinks.and we only had one towel left on the bed. I asked for an extra bath towel and 2 hand towels and i finally got them at 11pm that night. Getting a plumber was also difficult. The apartment is not as described on the hotels.com website. Seems that alot of the furniture was removed, lots of lights didn't work. Patio doors didn't open because handles were missing. We stayed for over 8 days so we were entitled to 2 cleanings. But we never saw a cleaning lady during our stay. The apartment was priced very high considering the amenities..i had never stayed in an apartment that doesn't even give you a starter kit with dishsoap sponge shampoo etc etc no broom or mop to clean up my water on the floor from the leaky sinks. Never had any contact with the lady that booked us in.she never even checked to see if all our issues were resolved. The area is very noisy at night for the scooters racing down the road. The day before we left , i wanted to know where to leave the keys. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Marina Rabat Suites & Apartments is a wonderful place with a fantastic location. The staff is very nice and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a great experience.

Hubo poquísima comunicación para poder encontrar el sitio y tener las instrucciones de entrada. Los pisos son amplios y están bien, pero el servicio es mediocre, nos hicieron perder 2 horas para hacer el check in.

I recently stayed at Marina Rabat Suites and Apartments, and the experience was far from what I expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was only available in one bedroom and the living room—not all three bedrooms as we assumed. It wasn’t cooling properly, and despite being told there was a leak, it never got fixed, leaving us uncomfortable day and night. The lack of a fan made it worse. Service was disappointing as well. No one was there to welcome us or provide check-in/check-out instructions; they simply handed over the keys. The cleaning staff seemed uninterested in maintaining the apartment, and when we requested an iron, it took two days to arrive. The apartment itself was spacious and well-decorated, but the location of the on-site restaurant was inconvenient—a 15-minute walk away. The menu lacked variety, felt like fast food rather than traditional Moroccan cuisine, and the service was painfully slow. Meals took over two hours, and items were often missing. Staff were unfriendly, adding to the disappointment. On the last day, despite ordering breakfast in advance, nothing was served, and we were told the restaurant was closed due to staff illness. Overall, the poor air conditioning, inadequate service, and disappointing dining experience overshadowed the apartment’s luxury, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Séjour super. Nous étions en famille, l'appartement était très spacieux et propre. Nous étions a proximité de tout. Et pour l option demi pension c était pas mal surtout pour les enfants. Un grand merci a Khadija et Bouchra pour leur professionnalisme 👍
