3泊しました。ブーゲンビリアの花棚がきれいでした。体調が悪かったので、特別におかゆを作ってくださいました。感謝。ホテルのタクシーを利用すると観光に便利。女将さん（？）がフレンドリーでした。レストランのある所まで10分ぐらい、夜道は真っ暗でしたので、タクシーを利用すべきでしょう。食事中待ってもらっても1000円ぐらい。

Beautiful hotel. Most welcoming place I have stayed at in many years of world wide travel thanks to the owner/manager Ms. Wa Wa (sorry if the spelling is incorrect). She greets you on arrival and sends you off with her warm and beautiful smile upon departure (even at an early hour of the morning). Special acknowledgment also to the restaurant manager. The entire staff are most courteous and friendly.
Each room is set up as a bungalow with a balcony. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are somewhat outdated but no problem as everything works fine. Plenty of hot water for the shower/tub combination. Wifi was excellent. The pool is large and well maintained as is the entire hotel complex. The breakfast buffet is good.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again if my travels bring me back to Bagan.

Lovely hotel. Each room is a separate bungalow with a balcony. The room is huge with a large bathroom and a tub. The pool is a nice addition. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff, and especially Wawa. We arrived early in the morning and they had the room ready for us. They helped us with the bus ticket and with other things as well. It is far from the center but that’s an advantage, because it’s quiet. It is possible to walk to the village which is nearby. Anywhere else you need a ride anyway, so it doesn’t really matter.

We had lovely 2 days in wonderful Bagan and in particular at Ruby True Hotel. The Hotel manger and the entire staff is really kind and fullfills all whishes.
A eScooter was provided to us directly after our arrival at 5h30 am (!) to see the sunrise and we received a room also well early and before official check-in.

Good locality. Near new Bagan. Facilities arranged by hotel staffs like ebike. Van pickup are wonderful. Personal attention provide by manager Ms Wahwah are incredible. Bfast are average reasonable. Will be back.

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste! Trotzdem war die freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Besitzerin sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und von einer akzeptablen Größe mit einer dazugehörigen Terrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage, da sich das Ruby True am Rande des Ortes befindet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr bemüht.
