Hotel and rooms were clean, great housekeeping. Breakfast was subpar - didn’t think the food was great. I didn’t have to interact with staff much but when I did they were lovely.

The house keeping is terrible! I think they don’t really follow room check out status to perform cleaning. The staff just open my door at 06:30am for house keeping. I feel unsafe and strange. Even I already be their gold member I still need to wait over 20 mins to checkout at 10:30am, definitely not because of busy traffic, but only one counter is open, the great thing with this hotel is the location and parking offer. However it definitely strange to have someone break into my room at 06:30am and knock my door again at 10:00am which official check out time said to be 12:00pm

I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor.

The property location is central with Vondel park etc at a walkable distance.Has a Tram stop nearby. Staffs were great and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The Breakfast was average and not value for money, Asian and local items were totally missing,gets bored with it after 2 days.
