The hotel is perfectly located as it is a 3 minute walk from bus/metro stops and made getting around to things that were a little further out (Ajax Stadium, airport, etc.) very convenient. We booked the double room small and it was pretty small but had everything we needed and we didn't mind the size of the room especially given the lower price and prime location! The staff was extremely friendly and always available to answer any questions we had and provided great recommendations. We arrived in the morning and they were happy to store our bags while we explored. Prior to our arrival they sent us an email with instructions on how to get to the hotel from the airport, they provided various options. We opted to take the bus from the airport and the directions provided were so easy to follow. You can walk to bars, restaurants, shops and other attractions like the 9 streets, Dam Square, the Anne Frank house, Vondel Park, Cuyp Market and so much more! We would definitely stay here again.

Room simple but spacious, tasteful and calming
Good coffee machine in the room.
Comfortable bed and lovely and warm
Only had breakfast on one day but it was slightly disappointing and not worth 15 Euro.
Would definitely stay again but like everywhere in Amsterdam it’s expensive

Found not my hair and spider silk while I arrived at the room ; and there is dirty thing on the sheet.
Water pressure is terrible for toilet.

Nice but not fancy hotel in a great location in Jordaan. Room was good but the bed was not- far too soft with a big divot in the middle. Staff did explain they were aware of the issue and had intended to replace the mattress, but they didn't because we had a do not disturb sign up for a portion of our stay. Pillows were very thick (to a fault) and no other options were available. So a very good value, friendly staff and nice spot but the bed was a major disappointment.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
Such a great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it was nice to walk out of the hotel and have a cute canal steps away. Easy to get around the city which was a huge plus. Room was on the small side, but we made it work. Very small elevator (there's only one), which wasn't too much of a concern as we were on the 2nd floor. Bathroom was small and the shower was extremely small with only a shower curtain, which meant the bathmat was completely soaked by the time we finished showering. It was nothing special, but for the amount of time we spent in the room, it was acceptable.

Quarto limpo e espaçoso, o atendimento dos funcionários foi muito atencioso. tivemos um pequeno problema com o aquecimento, mas todos foram muitos prestativos em ajudar rapidamente e nos deixar confortáveis. a localização é ótima. valeu muito a pena. ficaria novamente neste hotel, e recomendo para outros hóspedes.

Prisvärt hotell i ett mysigt område, det ligger centralt och vi hade gångavstånd till allt vi ville besöka. Rummet var fräscht och rent. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Det var lite lyhört mellan rummen och ut till korridoren men det störde oss inte. Det fanns en vending machine i receptionen som tyvärr inte fungerade med kortbetalning, bara mynt. Utöver det var allt toppen och vi skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att boka igen om vi återvänder till Amsterdam.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.
The room is rather basic, just a conveniently located spot to sleep. We had a couple complaints: first, the soap bottles had a squeeze-to-dispense mechanism, which is difficult to operate for folks with arthritis like me. Second, the light in the bathroom was motion sensing and couldn’t be manually turned on, so there were multiple incidents where the light would turn off while one of our group was on the toilet or in the shower, and we would have to either stand or have someone on the outside open and close the bathroom door because neither the shower nor the toilet were in range of the motion sensor (despite being no more than 5 feet away). Lastly, the shower was rather slippery, which was a hazard because there were multiple older individuals in our group.
