Minha estadia doi a melhor de dois meses viajando por quatro paises. A recepcionista do dia do Hotel Mozart é uma simpatia, gentil e demonstra acolhimento ao viajante. O recepcionista da tarde também doi execelente. Eles oferecem café gratuito, agua para levar para o apto, pedem se vc quer deixar a bagagem até a hora de pegar seu voo ou trem. Enfim, são extremamente solícitos e simpaticos e pela primeira vez me senti acolhida sem previsar ficar mendigando para guardarem minha bagagem antes ou depois do check-in ou check out. Ah, eles tambem liberaram.meu quarto 2h30 antes do horário do check-in para eu entrar. Fora que o hotel tem elevador, o que é raro nesses prédios defronte os canais. Nota 10.

Fantastiskt läge, dock enkel standard. Nära till museum,spårvagn,shopping,kvarterskrogar. Vackert beläget utmed en av alla kanaler och gamla hus.Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ingen frukost men gott kaffe i foajén.Se upp med alla cyklar!

職員態度不怎麼友善、房間設施不完善、沒有熱水煲、只能到地下層飲用、杯不能帶上房也沒有張貼什麼說明卻被罵。另外房間嘈雜聲極大、樓上水聲跟鄰房談話聲也能清楚聽到。
只有一樣值得說好、就是沖涼水力夠、女生們洗頭髮也比較方便。

Room was not cleaned my whole stay. There was soap still on shower tray and paper on toilet floor when i arrived and was still there when i left. Television didnt work, fresh towels only twice.

Le changement de chambre je n'ai pas apprécié et aussi votre service decute était nul j'ai eu aucun aide de votre part de résoudre les problèmes qui j'ai eu avec les hôtels au contraire j'étais mal traité au lieu de rester dans la même chambre vous me faites un réservation sous sol j'ai payer trop cher pour rien

I am not convinced if I stayed in the room that I booked online after I saw the room pictures. They probably put pics that are older than 10-15 years??? The pics on hotels.com were decisive in making my decision to book this place instead of another. It is very misleading.

Let me check in early but they put me in the basement and it felt like a dungeon. It was not super clean and there were stains all over the carpet. In the middle on the night a man was trying to get into my room. I was so scared. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

The hotel is ideally situated for walks to shops/ restaurants, but also for exhibitions.
It’s functional, not very sound proofed and you do not want to be on the ground floor.
It’s not lavish in anyway.
More hostel like.
So as far as just resting your head it’s ok.
