Location is very good. Only 5 mins walk to the tram stop. Quiet area but lots of shops nearly the closest tram stop.

職員態度不怎麼友善、房間設施不完善、沒有熱水煲、只能到地下層飲用、杯不能帶上房也沒有張貼什麼說明卻被罵。另外房間嘈雜聲極大、樓上水聲跟鄰房談話聲也能清楚聽到。 只有一樣值得說好、就是沖涼水力夠、女生們洗頭髮也比較方便。

The staff is super nice and helpful but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the dated, stained carpet, dirty rooms, or the thin windows. My young kids and I stayed there 3 of the booked (non-refundable) nights but checked out early as we could not sleep due to the noise, either from upstairs, the hallway noise (our room was next to the stairs) or the noise on the sidewalk (10p - 4am.) Overall I did feel safe at the hotel except one night someone tried to come into our room in the wee hours of the morning, so that was concerning. I complained to the front desk about switching rooms but they were supposedly full but after I emailed the main email that evening, another room was available the next day. I had already made plans for another accommodation and transfer once they told me they were full so we could not change our plans. I loved that the hotel was centrally located but the area is very busy and gritty. I would read all the reviews and consider not being able to sleep when booking, or ear plugs may be necessary.

Clean room other than mouldy shower curtain. Facilities very basic (ie no tea/ coffee in room) but very good location and had free coffee in the lobby

Excelente custo benefício. Ótima localização e funcionários muito simpáticos. Trocaram nosso quarto por um maior devido às bagagens. O quarto estava impecável, muito cheiroso. Recomendo.

BED BUGS!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE! We went to this hotel for 2 nights in October 2025 and saw BED BUGS on our bed on our last morning. We immediatly went to see the front desk employee to show him photo evidence and he told us that the management team would get in contact with us and that we would have a full refund. Since then, we have wrote them emails and called them, and had absolutely no follow-up. Travelling afterwards was extremely stressful and inconvenient, and the lack of communication from the hotel made the stiuation even more frustrating. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Although the room I had was quite small, the staff was nice and the location was great

The location is excellent — very close to the main tourist spots and the canals, which was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the room was not well maintained. The bathroom was tiny and it was difficult to move around. There was no lid on the toilet, and we found dirty sheets on the bed upon arrival. Although the room had basic necessities, it felt outdated and could use significant improvements for comfort and cleanliness.

Room was not cleaned my whole stay. There was soap still on shower tray and paper on toilet floor when i arrived and was still there when i left. Television didnt work, fresh towels only twice.

Le changement de chambre je n'ai pas apprécié et aussi votre service decute était nul j'ai eu aucun aide de votre part de résoudre les problèmes qui j'ai eu avec les hôtels au contraire j'étais mal traité au lieu de rester dans la même chambre vous me faites un réservation sous sol j'ai payer trop cher pour rien

I am not convinced if I stayed in the room that I booked online after I saw the room pictures. They probably put pics that are older than 10-15 years??? The pics on hotels.com were decisive in making my decision to book this place instead of another. It is very misleading.

Let me check in early but they put me in the basement and it felt like a dungeon. It was not super clean and there were stains all over the carpet. In the middle on the night a man was trying to get into my room. I was so scared. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night.
