This hotel has a great location — it’s very close to Amsterdam Central Station and has an elevator! They also offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient for travelers. However, our first night happened to be a Saturday, and from evening until early morning, there were a lot of drunk or partying people yelling, shouting, or laughing loudly right on the street below our window. Fortunately, it was our first day in Europe, and due to jet lag, we were all exhausted, so the kids still managed to sleep. I'm not sure if it's possible to install soundproof windows in such an old building, but it would definitely help with the noise. That said, the lack of air conditioning is another issue. The beds were also too soft for our preference. I would recommend light sleepers avoid booking on weekends. The best part of our stay was the breakfast — it was quite generous and fresh.

The hotel staffs are very helpful. The restaurant staff choose different candle color on tables and it is interesting. The age of hotel is 450 and with poor soundproofing. I heard footsteps upstairs in midnight. However,the convinence of transporation ,the friendliness are owesome.

Easy to find, very close to the central railway station. Room is okay, but there are steps you have to aware on the room. TV is small and hanged too high, not comfortable for viewing.

Environment is quite and clean. But you can hear noise when other quests are walking outside of the room. Traffic is continent and near central station.

Room definitely different from what was in the photos. Extremely small, no space to even put and open my luggage up. very noisy (noise from both inside and outside). Breakfast was good. Heater was working. Hot water took abit of time. Gave it 2 stars instead of 1 only because of these.

Room was reasonable. Good location. Had a lift, which many Amsterdam hotels don't. Staff courteous.

Localização incrível, a 5 minutos a pé da estação Amsterdam Centraal. Muitas opções de comércio e gastronomia no entorno. Quarto para 6 pessoas muito grande, ótimas camas e ducha, limpeza todos os dias. Café da manhã incluído com muitas variedades.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child (15 year old) and when I got to check in they said that my booking was for a 1 year old and that they couldn’t give me the room that I booked and charge me with an extra 50 euros. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Personal: -Das Personal ist sehr freundlich im ganzen Hotel und helfen einem bei allem. Hotel: Leider werden falsche Fotos angezeigt über Ebookers und die Hotel-Seite. Das Einzelzimmer ist max. 8 qm ohne Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind nicht wie auf den Fotos abgebildet leider.

This is definitely a 2-star hotel, with a favorable location very close to the train station and multiple dining options. The area was very walkable. The idea of four or five buildings connected and turned into a hotel is quaint. But the building is in bad need of remodeling. Very dated and worn. There is no lobby to speak of. Just a single sofa. No tea or coffee service that you see in other hotels in the area. The staff was efficient, but not friendly. In fact, one morning the clerk was very short, nearly yelling, at guest's struggling with the language barrier. The room was small, but about average for a European hotel. When I arrived, the previous guest's rubbish was still in the bin. The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. The shower curtain was stained. And the towels were worn and threadbare The bed was very soft and very close to the floor. It needs to be replaced. The location is fine, but the walls are very thin. I could hear the fellow in the next room snoring, as well as all the people on the street below, excitedly singing their drinking songs. Overall, a only 2 star hotel.

Location was great. Breakfast buffet was pretty good (7 out of 10). Staff were friendly and very helpful with directions. We requested a room on the bottom floor bc we are seniors. We didn’t know how extremely noisy it would be. There were bars and drunk loud people right next to our window until very late into the night. No way to get a good sleep.
