The staffs who work in the front desk are very helpful, but housekeeping staffs definitely need more training! One day some one forgot the bathroom cleaner on the sink top; and the other day , no one wash the used wine glasses and water glasses!

La chambre était située sur le côté de l'hôtel, très au calme, avec une literie très confortable et une très belle salle de bain. Le spa est certes assez petit, mais très moderne et agréable, avec peu de monde, excellent séjour avec un personnel très accueillant

객실도 훌륭했고 사우나 식당 등 시설도 훌륭했고 리셉션 등 직원들의 응대도 너무 친절했습니다. 특히 리셉션의 Issam 은 처음 체크인부터 마지막까지 너무 친절히 많은 것을 배려하고 도와주어서 너무 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 훌륭했고 식당에서의 서빙도 좋았습니다. 예전에는 주로 뮤지엄 쿼터쪽 호텔을 이용했는데, 이제부터는 암스테르담을 방문하게 되면 하이야트 리젠시에 꼭 다시 묵을 예정입니다.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were AMAZING. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The breakfast was great with lots of options and friendly staff. The location is very central. The tram and Metro are walking distance and so it's easy to get anywhere you want to go with ease. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, business travelers and families alike!
