Clean and tidy, many restaurants nearby, but the room is smaller than that show in the pictures.

zeer rust gevende kamer, met een fantastisch uitzicht. Jammer van de grote tv die een groot deel van de frontale zicht op de Erasmusbrug wegneemt. De kamer kan volledig donker gemaakt worden en alles was proper en netjes.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The bed was incredibly cozy, and after long days of exploring Rotterdam, it was the perfect place to relax. The highlight of my stay was the location and the stunning views over the Erasmus Bridge and the Maas River. Watching the city wake up while enjoying breakfast was an experience I’ll remember for a long time. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from pastries and fruit to eggs, smoked salmon, and local specialties. Everything was well presented and regularly replenished. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. I also enjoyed the bar and terrace in the evenings with beautiful views of the skyline. Overall, this hotel made my visit to Rotterdam even more special. I would happily stay here again.

The armchairs in the hotelroom: You just don't sit well. Nice look, but bad comfort. Everything else is top dollar

The property is in a perfect location and it’s a nice hotel, modern and well kept. It’s located walking distance to the downtown core, there are many restaurants close by to choose from. My only issue was room design in that there was a huge concrete pillar just inside from the windows in the middle of the room. No pictures of their rooms show this so I would advise that when booking, demand a room without this “feature” when booking.

Great location for a night before our cruise. Lovely view and friendly staff. We had several traveling in our group and everyone agreed rooms could use a refresh. Not a lot of privacy in the bathroom with the glass doors.

We loved our stay. It was clean, staff very nice and loved the views from our room. It was easy to get to with the metro and tram line both right at the hotel. Loved the area, park, small grocery store, restaurants and walking area. Most of all, it was the easiest walk to the cruise terminal. I will be recommending this hotel to my clients as well. Would definitely stay again.

Usb outlet broken with no standard plug to charge cellphones. No adapters at the desk to work around it. Staff charged my phone with their personal equipment. Air conditioning poor at best. “Sunrise” room overlooking construction site. Two of the three elevators worked intermittently. No early check in, though they did watch our bags. Small lobby to wait for your room on a 90 degree day. The Breakfast was excellent. When i cruise from Rotterdam again I won’t be staying there.

I stayed at nhow Rotterdam during a business trip and had a very good experience. The hotel has a modern design, excellent amenities, a very spacious room, and a very good breakfast. The overall atmosphere is stylish and comfortable, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays. One of the highlights is the bar on the 7th floor, which offers excellent views of the Rotterdam skyline. Overall, a very good hotel and one I would gladly recommend.

Many missteps. Disappointed with the hotel at this price point. Will not make a reservation for a local restaurant for you. They claim privacy reasons, even though the reservation could be booked under the hotel name with their phone number and our name. I’ve never encountered this before with a hotel. Arrived from Canada shortly after noon and were told the room was not ready. Check in at 3:00. Some European hotels are so adamant about their check-in time rather than provide customer service to their guest. Going on 24 hours without sleep, a room ready would have been appreciated. What was disappointing and annoying were others checking in and being given room keys. In addition, the reception staff smiling, gesturing and whispering to each other as we sat and waited for over an hour. Poor A/C in the room. It took all night to cool the room to 22-23C. The handheld shower in our bathroom would not stay upright to shower. Our stay was for 2 nights and we requested it be repaired and it was not. Again at this price point this is not something you expect. The furnishings are something you would see in an inexpensive chain hotel. Once again, not something that you would expect at this price point. Overall, a disappointing hotel. Positives - the location if catching a cruise but certainly not enough a reason for a positive review.

De ontvangst bij de receptie was warm en gastvrij De kamer was perfect schoongemaakt bij aankomst. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken roken fris.

de kamers zijn erg klein en de plafonds zijn gewoon het betonwerk van de toren. ontbijt was wel super uitgebreid en goed.

Breakfast is very good, with a lot of options. Clean room and nice staff.
