Central location with a bus stop and the central station within walking distance. Friendly and helpful personnel. Beautiful view from the hotel room, very little noise from the outside. Hotel room was a decent size, loved that it had a mini bar to store snacks and drinks. Good and varied breakfast buffet with both Dutch and international food. The pillows in the bed weren't the most comfortable (I wish there was one soft and one hard option), but we made it work. Overall we had a great stay and I would both stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.

Due to our room not being ready for check in the staff went out their way to provide a room upgrade to apologise before we had a chance to say anything. It was very thoughtful and brilliant customer experience.

Restaurant staff were fantastically accommodating. They only offered buffet for breakfast but one of our companions were slightly under the weather and only wanted something simple. So they offered for us to grab a complimentary pastry and coffee for her. Very appreciative of their willingness to accommodate unprompted.

Amazing staff, great room. Breakfast wasn’t worth 25 euros. Very disappointing selection. No bacon left. The sausages looked like they had been in the warmer for a while. The fresh bread was delicious and the coffee was fresh to but just wasn’t worth 25 euros.
