浴室熱水不足，設施簡陋，員工服務態度尚可，服務式住宅位置偏高，由於冬天雪地推喼比較困難，房燈損壞冇人即時處理

前台大叔挺热情的，房子坐标很不错很市中心。不好的就是wifi比较差很不稳定，人多的话洗澡到后面会没有热水。

2卧室公寓和图片上宽敞明亮的公寓完全不同，房间、浴室、客厅、厨房都很小，厨房的工具很简陋，锅子很少，餐具都不干净，全部清洗一遍才能用，没有单独的用餐区域，也没有餐桌，也没有说明里的浴缸，只有一个淋浴房。层高很低，非常压抑，超级小，肯定没有说明里的65平米，不值2080Kr/晚，还是不可退的价格。问了前台，为什么给我们的公寓这么小和图片不一样，回答他们有很多公寓，都不一样，图片只是当中的一套。感觉很会捣浆糊，不够诚信。停车很远，要穿过3条街，而且全是很陡的上坡雪地，很滑非常难停，收费又很贵，2天250Kr。 The 2 bedroom apartment is completely different with picture on the Webside. It’s very small apartment with small bedroom small bathroom, small living area, small kitchen, less kitchen tools and pot with dirty dishes.No separate dining area, and no table for dinner. No bathtub, only a shower room. The roof is low, and feel very depressed, not worth the price 2080Kr/night. It’s certainly not in 65 square metres as their describe. The front desk feedback us they have a lot of different apartments in the city and the picture is just one of them. I feel dishonest and disappointment. Parking is expensive and far away. It’s difficult to parking on a hill with the ice ground.

Apartment was great - good space - and hotel reeception were very helpful. Excellent location close to town. Only minus point was that one toilet for four bedrooms as would have expected more.

We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back.

The location was good. Easy walk to Main Street and restaurants. Nice spacious apartment but heat did not work well in all the bedrooms and can hear road noise through the night. The bathroom was not too clean and smelled. Service was not good had to contact the front desk multiple times. No housekeeping service. Had to remove snow from stairs ourselves. Dishes were dirty and some appliances need to be replaced

Helt greit i forhold til pris, men bærer preg av manglende vedlikehold. Kjøkkenvifte fungerte ikke, cisterne på bad bråkte og bruk av skjøteledninger. Verst var nok mangelfull brannsikring. Detektor av ukjent merke var plassert på lavest punkt i taket, lengst unna soverommet og det siste sted evt. røyk vil komme. Mye snø under oppholdet og vei/trapp til leilighet ble ikke måket. Stort avvik mellom bilder i annonse og faktisk utseende.

There are number of properties with same name Enter tromso and confusing. We feel like we were sent to the wrong place.they need to distinguish the properties. There were not enough GPOs in the bedrooms and the living room was not lit up and some of lights did not work. However the staff were exceptionally helpful

Location is good. Easy to reach supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. By the way, one shower/one toilet for 8 persons is quite discomfort. Reception is very nice and helpful

I had a very large suite with everything I could have wanted - full kitchen, laundry and warmth. Easy check-in. Travel tip - book your parking early as they have limited spaces for guests.

Hubo un pequeño problema, reservé para 4 personas y no pasaron bien la información, nos habían asignado un cuarto para dos personas, mostré mi reservación y le dieron solución muy rápido, nos dieron un cuarto con dos habitaciones. excelente servicio por eso! Gracias. El lugar muy cálido y céntrico

The apartment was very well located. The reception staff was very helpful. Everything was great. 1 star less only because there was no dishwasher.

Mye støv, spesielt under sengen. Ikke rengjort dusjen bra nok, mye skit og såperester. Bra personal i resepsjon og bra leilighet. Dårlige puter i sengen.
