We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back.

The location was good. Easy walk to Main Street and restaurants. Nice spacious apartment but heat did not work well in all the bedrooms and can hear road noise through the night. The bathroom was not too clean and smelled. Service was not good had to contact the front desk multiple times. No housekeeping service. Had to remove snow from stairs ourselves. Dishes were dirty and some appliances need to be replaced

Detektor av ukjent merke var plassert på lavest punkt i taket, lengst unna soverommet og det siste sted evt. røyk vil komme. Mye snø under oppholdet og vei/trapp til leilighet ble ikke måket. Stort avvik mellom bilder i annonse og faktisk utseende.

There are number of properties with same name Enter tromso and confusing. We feel like we were sent to the wrong place.they need to distinguish the properties. There were not enough GPOs in the bedrooms and the living room was not lit up and some of lights did not work. However the staff were exceptionally helpful

Comfortable for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was lovely. The beds were also comfortable and clean. Location was excellent as we walked most everywhere in the city center. The one bathroom was very small and cramped, okay for us but others might have trouble. Many stairs with small staircases were okay for us all but older folks, those with large suitcases or those with disabilities will have trouble. The hotel staff were excellent which helped a lot. Special kudos to Ionut as he was a great asset at the front desk.

Nice cozy little home, felt like an authentic local living space. The town is small so most places are pretty walkable. Everything was working, only complaint is there was no shower gel or shampoo. Staff was generally friendly and heplful. We did not know that the apartment was not in the same building as the check-in, and there was a short 2min walk. Dragging luggage ourselves from the check-in to the apartment in the snow was a bit tough.

Staff was generally friendly and heplful. We did not know that the apartment was not in the same building as the check-in, and there was a short 2min walk. Dragging luggage ourselves from the check-in to the apartment in the snow was a bit tough.
