在鬧區上，出海方便，附近餐廳也很多，斜對面就有按摩店。 房間乾淨冷氣涼，熱水也很充足，加上海景真是完美，平價住宿首選！

服務人員都很友善，有提供早餐(免費)，用餐時可以眺望海。 地理環境位子蠻好的．買東西、換匯、出海、酒吧都蠻近的，晚上不會太吵。

位置：這間飯店離海灘非常近，且有自己的天橋、於早上用餐時，可以眺望整片海。許多跳島店家、酒吧、燒烤店、換匯等也都在這間飯店附近，主要是離跳島出海的地點非常近，吃完早餐悠閒走過去跳島店家集合，便會有人來帶領你去搭船。 客房：飯店僅有一台吹風機，且房間毛巾2~3天才會換一次、免費的瓶裝水也只有在入住時提供、房間熱水不熱(溫溫的)。但床舒適，整體來說還算舒服。

Where do I even begin? My fiancé and I arrived at the hotel only to realise we had accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double. That wasn’t a major issue for us, but when we entered the room, we discovered that one of the beds was broken. I went to reception and politely asked for a different room. I was told this was impossible because there were supposedly no rooms available. I then requested a full refund so we could stay elsewhere, which I felt was a reasonable solution considering the condition of the room. Instead, I was told that our only options were to either stay in the room with the broken bed or leave and “fight for a refund.” To make matters worse, they claimed no manager was available. After around 30 minutes of arguing, they suddenly managed to find us another room — despite previously insisting there were none available. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The bathroom in the new room did not flush properly, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. After returning from dinner that evening, we then found two large cockroaches running around the room, which I had to deal with myself. The next morning, there was yet another cockroach in the room. That was the final straw. We checked out early and moved to another hotel, which was a far better experience. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing due to the poor room conditions, lack of customer service, hygiene issues, and misleading information from staff. Not Recommended.

The property is just ok, we had a little problem with the toilet, I ended up getting a plunger from the store to clear the toilet. I think a little updating on tv would be helpful, as a person coming from USA and I don’t understand the languages having a smart tv would be nice, something to watch and relax at the end of the night would be nice, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful

Great location, however, you could hear Karoke from the room. Window to our bathroom was broken and stuck open, let them know the first day and they never fixed it. Shower didn’t get hot most of the time and water had a bad smell.

The place was trying to be quite decent, and mostly was. There was just a bit of shabbiness about it - the toilet roll holder was broken, the shower never got hot, and a bedside lamp wouldn’t go amiss. The staff were very earnestly professional though, and breakfast was super prompt on the day we had to leave early for onward travel. Location was great - right in town without being noisy at night. You also got a nice view of the bay from the rooftop breakfast area.

Avoid! The charged me $40 for two small blood stains on sheet and pillow case. Replacement cost for the old tattered linens would be far less. I offered to clean them, they refused. When I said I wouldn’t pay, they started to call the police. Wouldn’t call a manager. Bathroom smelled of sewage, dive shop outside my window started banging tanks at 5 AM. Dirty. I travel to SE Asia 6 months a year for the last three years, worst experience ever.

Staff are courteous, respectful. Except for no service offered like Airport transfer or tour .

A experiência no local foi a pior possível. Ficamos no quarto 103, o cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro, insalubre, matamos 3 baratas no quarto sem ventilação e luminosidade. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e nos informaram que só aquele tinha 3 camas, disponível. No último dia pedimos pra trocar as toalhas e nos informaram que não tinha, que estavam molhadas e trariam depois e o depois nunca chegou. O café da manhã tinha que ser escolhido no dia anterior, era sem variedade, café solúvel e uma água com pó de algo sem ser possível identificar o sabor. Pra não dizer que não tem nada positivo, os funcionários são gentis, solícitos, mas não conseguem resolver os problemas de estrutura. A localização é muito, em fren saem os passeios de barco.

We had a very pleasant stay at Aqua Travel Lodge. The location is excellent — only a short 3-minute walk from the ferry port, 1 minute to the beach and boat tours, and surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was simple, and the reception staff were very helpful in organising tours and transport. Overall, it offers great value for a centrally located stay.

View from the room is spectacular.

Rummet var okej, men mycket lyhört, hade inte gått att sova utan öronproppar. Det var rent och man gick tvål och schampo. Wifi och frukost var bra.

La habitación tenía un olor a humedad insoportable. El Nido es un sitio muy húmedo y la habitación no tiene forma de ventilarse ni de sacar la humedad. Si llevas bañadores o ropa mojada, que lo harás, no vas a secarlos durante tu estancia y van a acabar oliendo mal todo el viaje. La distribución del baño también es muy mala: no hay bañera ni ducha, solo un grifo y un desagüe en el suelo, por lo que el baño está constantemente mojado. La única manera de mejorar la humedad sería dejar el aire acondicionado encendido, pero no puedes hacerlo cuando no estás en la habitación. Mejor busca otro sitio

Le seul luxe des chambres Deluxe c'est la vue sur le port et la plage... Pas de frigo, pas de bouteille d'eau quotidienne, pas de séparation de douche... Et surtout un lit en 120cm au lieu d'un vrai lit double... Très bruyant car en plein coeur de la ville et sur le lieu de départ des bateaux le matin... Le ménage n'est fait que sur demande et tard dans l'après-midi...Point positif : la climatisation fonctionne très bien...
