Holiday Inn & Suites MAKATI by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I always stay here every time I go home and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is strategically placed in the Makati Business District, so it is very convenient.

This hotel is at a superbly convenient location. As soon as you get out of the hotel, the Glorietta Mall entrance is about ten or twelve feet to your right. The breakfast buffet at this hotel is satisfactory, and the price for it is quite reasonable. The staff members at the breakfast buffet, the concierge, the reception area, front desk, transportation desk are all very polite, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely try to stay there again on my next vacation from the U.S.

The room is really spacious and clean. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It is also just right beside ayala malls/SM so it’s very convenient. The place was quiet and safe. The bfast are really good too. Will definitely stay here again next time were back in Makati.

We were here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the property was beautiful, the room furnished in lovely fashion, and entirely comfortable, and with all the food options in the hotel and the variety of restaurants and commercial outlets within easy reach of doors.... .... still, what stood out was the staff. Always kind, always cheerful, always friendly, always helpful. Everyone was our best friend at first sight, it seemed like. We could not have had a more welcoming and solicitous crew, from the front desks to the shops, to the concierge, to housekeeping, to everyone in a uniform who greeted us with a grin and hand on their heart. We were sorry to leave. We loved our stay.
