Good location to Ocean Park

Once it was a good place, but now, the rooms are degraded, the towels in a deplorable shape, the sea view is a building site, and for the check out they hold you hostage for quite some time. 預訂此飯店公園景觀房住兩晚 第一天到達已23:30左右被告知免費升等二晚水族館景觀房 實在開心 房內有整面牆的活魚悠游觀賞可邊泡澡邊欣賞，其空間大 設備佳 廁所 淋浴 洗手台 泡澡浴缸都獨立分開，服務人員態度親切，在海洋世界中很親子家庭或情侶入住

地點非常好, 也很好停車, 水族房很漂亮, 床也很舒適, 早餐一般, 網路較慢, 旁邊是海洋公園, 超值的住宿

In the Ocean Park, quiet, clean but location is not so good, everytime u go out, need taxi

The pool was terrible! Getting to the pool, going about the pool, the pool itself was terrible! Not clean either and only for small children. The pool should be easily accessible for hotel guests without the hoopla that we had to go through. The area around the hotel should be cleaner as well.none of our drivers knew how to get to our hotel. Going anywhere you have to go through a bad area to get to the good area.

I rate it as okay because from the time I’ve booked it I was charged more than the price. And when I got my room I have to call for several things like the water heater, the AC wasn’t working, the hotel phone doesn’t work properly you need to use whatsapp to reach them and the room divider doesn’t close completely it was broken. This is my first time to book here and it was not what I am expecting.

If you are staying here with a family to visit the ocean park then it’s fine. If you are using it as a base to explore Manila as international tourists or a couple then go somewhere else. Noisy screaming kids all night, thin walls. The aquarium wall concept wears off within minutes when you realise there’s no windows or air in the room. The buffet restaurant for breakfast is disgusting and needs to be closed down, deep cleaned and fully refurbished with staff that actually care. Having a “chef” pick his nose whilst taking your omelette order is a first for me!! Poor location and not safe to walk to or from at night with lots of homeless and stray dogs sleeping outside entrance. Stay in BCG area or Intramuros - not here!

This hotel is connected to an amusement park, so if you are looking for solitude…this is not the place. In addition, one elevator was in operation so there is along wait. So many amenities were not working. Room service - not available. Hotel bar - not available. Limited restaurant eating options. Valet for luggage pick up took over 15 minutes. Cannot charge food to room - due to computer issues.

Clean easy shopping friendly staff but water keeps shutting off

The room was lovely with a good view. Bed was comfy but broken. The air conditioner worked great, so the room stayed cool. The shower drain was blocked, so I had to be careful. There was accessible cold/hot filtered water. Staff were helpful, prompt and kind. The website needs to be updated as there are no airport transfers or room service. Grab was a lifesaver for transport and food delivery. The location was perfect for the biodome and other such activities.
