The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again.

Before the trip, we had been emailing back and forth to confirm all the details, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was replaced with two double rooms. The front desk staff spoke in an agitated tone and insisted that this was the best they could do. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel — I will never stay here again!

附泳池，乾淨，新。坐車到市區約10分鐘。 每個房間都有陽台，但若住一樓陽台外就是泳池。白天跳島完如果需要安靜的地方休息應該是不錯選擇。

不推荐这家酒店，最恶心的是故意把WIFI弄的很慢，然后叫你花100P买它的WIFI，去过这么多地方，这家也是醉了！国人去的太多，所以科隆这个小地方酒店的价格都比得上一线城市了！

I stay there for four nights and was absolutely in a world without internet. If u can stand it, then no problem at all. The location of this hotel is out of town and without cellphone signal, thus forced us to buy hotel Wi-Fi. It is fine to buy Wi-Fi but one Wi-Fi ticket for only one device and it is pretty ridiculous that, no Wi-Fi signal at all. That is, I paid for nothing. Pretty bad.

除了位置稍離開coron市區，出入均需叫車比較不便，但其實也還好p60單程車資，約10分鐘即可到達市區⋯⋯但換來安靜的環境 飯店剛開沒多久，一切都新，房間也夠大，每間都是面泳池，休閒感十足，價格便宜，c/p值高！

The room was pretty clean and the food was good! The staff was so nice and helpful booking tours and taxis!

The staff are very accomodating and helpful. The room for family is very cozy, two single beds and 1 king size bed were perfect for us. The room price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

The MO2 Lagoon hotel is a tired hotel that needs to be upgraded. The rooms need new towels and bedding. All the towels we had for the 4 nights we stayed were afraid and very thin with small holes on them. Some days we didn't get 1 towel and never got hand towels or face clothes. The doors into the rooms need a paint job. The pool needs a lot of maintenance done to it. The breakfast buffet is really bad. Go across the street to the sister hotel 100% better and cheaper. As for the management we where told we could get a hotel van to take us to the ferry terminal for 1000php and when I went to book it they said it was 1500php. The clerk said the lady told me the wrong price. I got an outside van to take us for 800 php. They nickel and dime you for everything. Will never recommend this hotel. Go across the street to there sister hotel cheaper and a lot better.

Staff were very friendly accomodating and very helpful in all we need. Rooms are ok and comfortable. A very quiet ambience. the breakfast buffet were just fine and you have an option to order an ala carte if you do not prefer the buffet dishes. Overall, its good to recommend and its only10 mins to town proper bia tricycle

Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant et nous aide pour toutes nos demandes . Piscine sympa après les journées balades. On y mange bien pour ceux et celles qui ne veulent pas forcément ressortir après une journée chargée.

Was upgraded due to booking error. Beautiful stay, lovely staff members.

When we arrived, the hotel was overbooked, and as a solution, they offered a room “upgrade” that involved moving us to another hotel in the same hotel’s group across the road, Coron Westown Resort. The room we were offered was full of mould; it was hard to breathe. When we asked reception to move us to another room, they said they were also fully booked and didn’t offer any solution.
