Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant et nous aide pour toutes nos demandes . Piscine sympa après les journées balades. On y mange bien pour ceux et celles qui ne veulent pas forcément ressortir après une journée chargée.

Although the resort needs a little R&R, we enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet area, not a lot of noise like the town. The staff was wonderful! Housekeeping is very fast when you need extra towels, coffee, etc! Restaurant food was amazing. Could use more choices for breakfast buffet. We booked our excursion through the hotel and the staff made it very easy. My wife and I got magnificent massages. Easy to obtain a trip-cycle for a trip to town. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at M02 Hotel for 6 nights and had a great experience. The staff were amazing—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind people who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The pool area is really nice and relaxing, and the food was very good as well. Going in, we knew the hotel was a bit outside of town, but it was never an issue since there was always a tricycle driver available to take us into town whenever we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend M02 Hotel.

The MO2 Lagoon hotel is a tired hotel that needs to be upgraded. The rooms need new towels and bedding. All the towels we had for the 4 nights we stayed were afraid and very thin with small holes on them. Some days we didn't get 1 towel and never got hand towels or face clothes. The doors into the rooms need a paint job. The pool needs a lot of maintenance done to it. The breakfast buffet is really bad. Go across the street to the sister hotel 100% better and cheaper. As for the management we where told we could get a hotel van to take us to the ferry terminal for 1000php and when I went to book it they said it was 1500php. The clerk said the lady told me the wrong price. I got an outside van to take us for 800 php. They nickel and dime you for everything. Will never recommend this hotel. Go across the street to there sister hotel cheaper and a lot better.

Staff were very friendly accomodating and very helpful in all we need. Rooms are ok and comfortable. A very quiet ambience. the breakfast buffet were just fine and you have an option to order an ala carte if you do not prefer the buffet dishes. When we arrived, the hotel was overbooked, and as a solution, they offered a room “upgrade” that involved moving us to another hotel in the same hotel’s group across the road, Coron Westown Resort. The room we were offered was full of mould; it was hard to breathe. When we asked reception to move us to another room, they said they were also fully booked and didn’t offer any solution.

The room condition was ok. There was no fridge to keep cooled water or snacks. The bathroom needs some attention - the grout was black and dirty and missing in a lot of places in the bathroom. The shower leaked quite badly. We had to pay 450 pesos per person for breakfast which was pretty terrible. Very limited food for westerners. Suggest adding some fruit, more cereal, toast, avocado, poached eggs / fried / scrambled, freshly squeezed fruit (not powdered) yoghurt….

We stayed at M02 Hotel for 6 nights and had a great experience. The staff were amazing—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind people who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The pool area is really nice and relaxing, and the food was very good as well. Going in, we knew the hotel was a bit outside of town, but it was never an issue since there was always a tricycle driver available to take us into town whenever we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend M02 Hotel.

Morgenmad har begrænset udvalg. Ingen ost og rigtig bacon. Tv har ingen kanaler og burde få dem skiftet til smart tv. Lækker pool, som er stor og har varmt vand. Bar burde minimum have åbnet til 23

The food is the biggest issue. It's not worth the price one bit. Breakfast is alight but not for 475p! There's hidden transportation fees too. I had no idea we were being charged for transportation between airport and the site until check out time. Best thing about this place is the staff. They were very nice and professional.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival even gave us an early check in which is a plus. The pool was amazing a bit far from town proper but trike fares are reasonable!

The MO2 Lagoon hotel is a tired hotel that needs to be upgraded. The rooms need new towels and bedding. All the towels we had for the 4 nights we stayed were afraid and very thin with small holes on them. Some days we didn't get 1 towel and never got hand towels or face clothes. The doors into the rooms need a paint job. The pool needs a lot of maintenance done to it. The breakfast buffet is really bad. Go across the street to the sister hotel 100% better and cheaper. As for the management we where told we could get a hotel van to take us to the ferry terminal for 1000php and when I went to book it they said it was 1500php. The clerk said the lady told me the wrong price. I got an outside van to take us for 800 php. They nickel and dime you for everything. Will never recommend this hotel. Go across the street to there sister hotel cheaper and a lot better.

Staff were very friendly accomodating and very helpful in all we need. Rooms are ok and comfortable. A very quiet ambience. the breakfast buffet were just fine and you have an option to order an ala carte if you do not prefer the buffet dishes. Overall, its good to recommend and its only10 mins to town proper bia tricycle

Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant et nous aide pour toutes nos demandes . Piscine sympa après les journées balades. On y mange bien pour ceux et celles qui ne veulent pas forcément ressortir après une journée chargée.

When we arrived, the hotel was overbooked, and as a solution, they offered a room “upgrade” that involved moving us to another hotel in the same hotel’s group across the road, Coron Westown Resort. The room we were offered was full of mould; it was hard to breathe. When we asked reception to move us to another room, they said they were also fully booked and didn’t offer any solution.

The room condition was ok. There was no fridge to keep cooled water or snacks. The bathroom needs some attention - the grout was black and dirty and missing in a lot of places in the bathroom. The shower leaked quite badly. We had to pay 450 pesos per person for breakfast which was pretty terrible. Very limited food for westerners. Suggest adding some fruit, more cereal, toast, avocado, poached eggs / fried / scrambled, freshly squeezed fruit (not powdered) yoghurt….

Although the resort needs a little R&R, we enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet area, not a lot of noise like the town. The staff was wonderful! Housekeeping is very fast when you need extra towels, coffee, etc! Restaurant food was amazing. Could use more choices for breakfast buffet. We booked our excursion through the hotel and the staff made it very easy. My wife and I got magnificent massages. Easy to obtain a trip-cycle for a trip to town. We will definitely stay here again.
