Poor quality and service. Housekeeping did not clean the room during my stay. When asked for new towels, it took them more than 20mins to deliver small towels, but not bath towels. This is not a 4 starts hotel should be.

Very clean hotel with an amazing pool, clean rooms, great staff and amazing breakfast. So peaceful. Totally loved it.

Hotel bem localizado, quartos bons, cafe da manha diverso. Estava em reformas e por esse motivo não recebeu nota maxima. Academia estava fechada. Estacionamento proprio é apertado para carros maiores.

The staff was really friendly, a big variety for the breakfast, just the air conditioning wasn’t working well, and it was very hot, this was the inly down side of our stay.

Maden i restauranten er god og hotellet er fint og personalet er søde. Der flyver dog konstant fly hen over swimming poolen, det kan man ikke se på billedet. Der er ikke badefaciliteter ved poolen. Værelset er småt og dårligt udluftet. Hotellet er under ombygning. Så lidt dyrt til prisen.

Good place In the heart of Lisbon.

Room was clean, a lot of refurbishments going on at hotel but doesn't affect th3 over hotel. Pool was open and kids enjoyed

Enregistrement assez long alors qu’il avait été fait en ligne pour éviter ce désagrément, l’hotel est sans doute en travaux même si ce n’est pas indiqué (ex pas de salle de fitness et mur ou plafond avec des carton en cache misère). Pas de problème dans la chambre. J’avais réservé une deuxième nuit pour le retour de notre voyage que je vais annuler et prendre un autre hôtel.

Can’t say enough nice things about this property. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Property is clean, rooms are spacious and well appointed(We were. A family of 4). I recommend opting for the morning breakfast. Looking forward to my. Next visit.

Great breakfast!

Chambre propre , petit déjeuner varié et copieux , personnel aimable serviable et accueillant. Seul bémol, le frigo dans la chambre n’avais pas l’air de fonctionner.. à vrai dire je ne suis pas sûre qu’il été branché.. peut-être un oublie ..

What a terrible experience. When we arrived the AC had a terrible noise, I went down and asked for another room, I was told I had to wait for maintenance to check it, after one hour I asked for the manage and the front desk persons were so rude, finally the manager gave us another room, very small, the bathroom smell terrible. We went to the restaurant and moved one chair since we were 4 and we were told we couldn’t move the chair!! For breakfast even they have plenty room for big tables, they gave us 2 tables, I have kids I need to feed them!!! Please don’t stay there and is far from Restaurants and stores

We chose this property for our last night in Lisbon to be closer to the airport. The hotel is being renovated, so some areas are under construction. The room was clean and updated, however they have a centralized building air conditioning system, so we could not control out room temperature. The room was quite warm, we were sweating. they sent a tech to try to see what the problem was, which helped maybe a degree or so, but not enough to make it cool. Otherwise the hotel restaurant provided excellent food, the staff was amazing, and restaurants around the area were also great. Hotel pool came in handy to help cool us down.
