O hotel estava em reforma, não tivemos nenhum problema com isso, entretanto o restaurante estava num local provisório no hotel. Na noite em que fomos embora estava inaugurando o restaurante novo. Equipe muito simpática.

Good location for a quick stay before needing to get to the airport. (10 min walk to get the Red line to the airport.) The room was exactly as shown; even was a little bit larger than expected. Very clean. Staff was very helpful. (The first room we were assigned had a cigarette smell, so we asked to be moved to another room. Even though we needed a 'family suite" they graciously switched us immediately.) The pool area out back is very large and inviting - and large! Also, there is a spacious sitting area at the -1 level for a family or small group to spread out and relax.

The hotel was great. Rooms were nice! Parking in the garage can be narrow and awkward but drive slow and cautiously and you are fine.

Chambre propre , petit déjeuner varié et copieux , personnel aimable serviable et accueillant. Seul bémol, le frigo dans la chambre n’avais pas l’air de fonctionner.. à vrai dire je ne suis pas sûre qu’il été branché.. peut-être un oublie ..

What a terrible experience. When we arrived the AC had a terrible noise, I went down and asked for another room, I was told I had to wait for maintenance to check it, after one hour I asked for the manage and the front desk persons were so rude, finally the manager gave us another room, very small, the bathroom smell terrible. We went to the restaurant and moved one chair since we were 4 and we were told we couldn’t move the chair!! For breakfast even they have plenty room for big tables, they gave us 2 tables, I have kids I need to feed them!!! Please don’t stay there and is far from Restaurants and stores

We chose this property for our last night in Lisbon to be closer to the airport. The hotel is being renovated, so some areas are under construction. The room was clean and updated, however they have a centralized building air conditioning system, so we could not control out room temperature. The room was quite warm, we were sweating. they sent a tech to try to see what the problem was, which helped maybe a degree or so, but not enough to make it cool. Otherwise the hotel restaurant provided excellent food, the staff was amazing, and restaurants around the area were also great. Hotel pool came in handy to help cool us down.

Hotel está em obras , não existe espaços para crianças brincarem como dito nas informações. O quarto é amplo mas não foi bem limpo . Ainda com muito pó devido a Obra . Que deveria estar informado no anúncio do hotel .

O hotel está em reforma mas está ficando ótimo e a reforma não incomodou. Diana nos recebeu muito bem e durante a estadia foi cuidadosa. Quero deixar meu muito obrigado a Cátia e Paulo que nos recebeu bem e mto cuidadosos.
