It was my first and last time to this property. Very old and facilities are extremely worn up. Food is less than average and staff are helpless. Service doesn’t exist and people are reluctant to help. I think you should refrain from offering such a terrible hotel. It is only good thing is vicinity to masjid Nabawy otherwise none

They checked on me daily, service was impeccable staff reception dining were very professional very clean hotel as well
I would rate my stay as 5 stars and believe me it takes a lot for me to write reviews like this one
They will make you feel comfortable they will assist you and go above and beyond
