La ubicación del hotel está excelente para descubrir Edimburgo, su personal es amable, rodeado de Pubs y tiendas de conveniencia, disfrutamos mucho esta estancia, la habitación suficientemente grande, nosotros no consumimos desayunos en el hotel hay un lugar excelente para desayunar a un costado y la tienda Salsbury Local está muy cerca

Het Hotel is zeer goed gelegen op een 15 min van de tram, dus zeer gemakkelijk om van en naar de luchthaven te gaan. We hadden een familiekamer met prachtig zicht op het kasteel. Het hotel was goed gelegen tov verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Bij aankomst was onze kamer nog niet klaar en konden we onze bagage apart laten zetten, zodat we de stad al konden verkennen. Bij het inchecken verliep alles goed en kregen we als welkomst een heerlijk gebakken koek, superlekker. in de kamer zelf was de frigo gevuld en waren er ook koffie, thee, faciliteiten voorzien. de kamer was heel proper, voor ons waren de bedden iets te smal. de badkamer was voorzien van verschillende doucheproducten en zeker voldoende handdoeken. We hadden in de ochtend telkens een goed volwaardig Engels ontbijt, er was zeker voldoende om de ochtend goed te starten. we zouden zeker nog terugkomen naar dit hotel.

We had s great view to Edinburgh Castle. The room was clean, basic. It was quite noisy, traffic, and people shouting, there is a pub across from the hotel. The tea and coffee station is well equipped with biscuits, hot chocolate, coffee, milk and 3 waters in the mini fridge. Good check out times at 12 although the cleaner chapped our door at 11 and asked when we were leaving! Only stayed 1 night so we didn't explore the hotel facilities. I paid for breakfast during the booking, it was ok but not fantastic. The Hilton then charged my card the day after we left for another three breakfasts. It took from 11am till 4pm, and 5 calls later to the Hotel for me to get to speak to the Supervisor for him to resolve this and refund my card.

Tiny beds I guess if you are single staying on your own and really small maybe ok but if you are even a normal sized person or there is more than 1 person in the bed you will be falling off. Bathroom was also small and toilet was tiny even my 10 year old said it was too small for him. Walls are very thin so we heard city noise and interior noise all night. They did give us some cookies so that was nice and location was pretty good, parking was at the nom for the castle they did validate 50%. I would suggest spending a little more for the sherradon down the street, much better accommodations with just as good location and it's own car park.

Staff absolutely brilliant - enabled an early check in to let me leave bags in room before a concert. Room great - cracking view but maybe a little more detailed cleaning needed eg door to bathroom and skirting in room. But comfortable bed. Great location. Good value.
