For the road weary traveller, I definitely recommend this grand old hotel. The room was spacious and clean, although the furniture a bit thread bare. She's showing her age, but aren't we all? What she lacks there, she more than makes up with a beautiful, clean bathroom and full size soaker tub. Take the time to find a delicious bath bomb in a nearby shop, then relieve your weary bones with a nice long, hot soak. The bathroom even provided a sewing kit and vanity pack at no charge. This hotel is conveniently located close to the train stations, bus station (including the one that goes to Belfast) shopping areas and is located on the main square which is currently undergoing some reconstruction and will be amazing once it's completed. The Millennium will give you front row seats to any events planned for here. Enjoy!

Tired hotel but great location. Enamel flaking off bath

Wonderful location next to main rail station. Unfortunately, my reservation for a suite was downgraded to a regular room with a view (the person at check-in actually had the nerve to call it "an upgrade" when I was charged $50.00 more than the price of the room I received). Thankfully, the manager eventually admitted the mistake and did his best to resolve the issue. Call it a A for effort but C-minus for record keeping. All-in-all, I would give the place another chance next time I visit Glasgow.

Hotel is dated. Only one lift working. Breakfast was very poor. Food was cold and seemed like it had been lying for a while. Informed staff however they didnt seem interested. Wont stay here again.

Huge room in an old building. This was right in the center of everything. Restaurant in house.

2 nights. Great location next door to Queens st station and a lot of restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Bar staff very friendly and breakfast quite reasonable.

Next door to railway station and close to shops. Good choice at breakfast but would have preferred to be served drinks rather than using a machine, probs due to being older! Query re bill payment which should’ve been dealt with better

The hotel has a bar onsite. The snack menu is limited and the drinks were sub par. The reception staff is exceptional, friendly, and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was relaxed and very good. My room was comfortable and well appointed. Overall, a very good place to stay, and I will be going back. Well worth a few extra pounds over cheaper alternatives.

The location is excellent, right next to Queen Street Station, which made getting around very convenient. Our room overlooked the park, but unfortunately the park is currently under construction and will be for some time. This meant a lot of noise and no real view, despite the hotel advertising one. During our stay, the weather was fairly warm (around 16–17°C), and the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable. When we arrived, the temperature inside was already between 21–23°C. We had to request a fan, which was a small desk fan, and the window only opened slightly, so ventilation was limited. That said, the night manager was very helpful and did their best to make the room more comfortable, which we appreciated.

It is fantastic that the hotel is situated so close to Queen Steet Station as well as a major shopping area. My room at the hotel was very comfortable, and I enjoyed an excellent breakfast in the dining room. The staff were all very helpful.

The room was outstanding, clean, roomy, very comfortable and was one of the best on my trip.

Clean room. Friendly staff. No USB sockets in room. Not shoddy but very 'tired' looking. Ideal for city centre.

The building is clean, I thought they were understaffed, the girl at reception was there herself and was left to do everything. The breakfast was very disappointing, there was not a lot of choice, the black pudding was rock hard, sausages cold , for £30 for 2 people it was way overpriced

The staff was friendly and kind. Very central, to both the train station and bus hub. Just a short walk from almost everything. Room was very well cleaned and well worth the price.

Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Very pleasant stay. Everything smelt fresh.😊👍
