It’s better to have curtains on the bed, which can effectively block other people’s coughs and snoring.

位置很方便，很接近地鐵站。但地鐵站上路面沒有升降機或自動樓梯，兩個女孩提着行李有點吃力。

Everything is great. However, it would be better if the towel is complimentary.

The female shared room was clean, bright and cozy. Each bed had its own socket, which was really good for me. The location was also awesome! It was situated about in the middle of the famous tourist sites, so you may arrive a lot of them simply by walk. It was 10 mins to Puerta de Sol and Plaza Mayor, and about 15 mins to Prado Museum.

Nice location. Clean kitchen and rooms. But the sensor of bathroom's light couldn't induct me. It was very annoying when I was showering. I had to wave at the sensor again and again.

Excellent location and good value for the price. Very walkable to the main attractions of the city, Sol, Plaza Mayor, Buen Retiro etc, and also close to many eateries. Getting to MAD airport on public transit was a breathe - some 8 minutes walk to Sol station and a train ride with a transfer. We had a private room, but other than the provided towels, basically no in-room amenities. It was a bit strange that two private rooms shared one common balcony, which seemingly meant that the occupants of the other room could have entered our room (?) but we may have missed something. While we appreciated the few outlets we had, it was on the top bunk and there wasn't a convenient way for the lower bunk sleeper to share the outlets. Rooms were clean, but the cleanliness of the common area (kitchen, bathrooms) I suppose is somewhat at the grace of fellow travelers. How the communal fridge was shared showed some respect from fellow travelers, though, which speaks well about the clientele. Staff explained everything to us upfront (e.g bag storage, although we didn't utilize it). Again, for the location and the value for the price, I would stay again.

The room was small but confortable. There was a large shared kitchen that was very nice, plus indoor and outdoor shared spaces. Our room had a mini-split, which cooled the room very quickly. The location was amazing, it was in a really cool neighborhood, and within walking distance to just about everything (it was also close to the metro, but we ended up just walking everywhere).

Para algo económico y de uso puntual no esta mal, mi única pega fue con una huésped que creo que no sabe convivir, pero el alojamiento muy correcto y limpio.

Chambre propre, sanitaires communs propres. Espaces communs : salle de séjour, patio et cuisine très bien. Bien placé dans Madrid

Tudo ótimo, bem localizado e bem organizado, equipe educada e gentil! Ficaria nesse local novamente com tranquilidade.

Muito bem localizado, fiz todos os pontos turísticos a pé. Bairro muito movimentado e seguro. A recepcionista que me atendeu (não sei o nome, mas é uma loira do cabelo cacheado) super simpática e atenciosa
