酒店前台不太熱情, 雖然是3.5-4星洒店, 早餐很豐富, 款式很多, 房間一般, 洗手間比較細, 地点不錯尚算方便,

Nydelig hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Flotte rom, hyggelig personalet. Pluss for fantastisk takterasse med utsikt, basseng og god mat.

It was conveniently located near many historic sites, places to eat

The breakfast is wonderful have so many choices with mimosa espresso and cappuccino machine . Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Hotel .

Our first but certainly will not be the last time we book with the H10 Group when visiting Spain. The hotel proved excellent value, with friendly/efficient staff, good quality fixtures/fittings and the location worked really well for us - 15 minute walk to historic/gothic area, a few minutes to a well connected metro station and 15/20 minute Uber to both Cruise terminal and airport.

The room was beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and supportive

The staff was absolutely amazing and the room was perfection. We paid extra for breakfast but so worth it - welcome drinks the storing of our bags - just perfect location and everything absolutely love the hotel will be back again as I do love coming to Barcelona - thank you so much H10 For the best trip for me and my mum !!

Close to downtown and public transit.

Great location walking distance to everything including Gothic City and Gaudi houses. Subway is a breeze to take. Hotel seems new, nicely designed and very nice staff.

First time in Spain. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean, safe, able to walk to hop on bus stops a few blocks away. Would stay again.

Excellent stay at the H10 Casanova! Rooms were immaculate, and staff was wonderful. Bathroom was big and we had a nice little balcony that overlooked the street. Even though we were on a main street, the room was quiet when the windows were closed. Responsive heating and air conditioning so we were never too hot or too cold! Rooms are 'standard' size for a downtown Barcelona hotel - good size for a couple; might be tight if you're a family of 3 or 4. About a 10-15-minute walk to Las Ramblas, but the stroll there is pleasant too! Across the street there is a really nice place to get breakfast and plenty of grocery/convenience stores to stock up on supplies! The sparkling wine on check in was a really nice touch. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Fantastic welcome at this well appointed hotel. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. The location is great for walking to a good choice of restaurants and bars.

Room 215. I was checked in when they knew the air conditioning was already broken in our room. It was extremely poor management decisions. The room temp was 83 degrees. It remained broken our second night. We checked out after that. Checked out at 5 am April 2nd and told the gentlemen the issue. He handed me a business card and said email them. Stay away from this hotel. Management and operational issues are terrible.

Pricing should be varied for breakfast

Hotel é super bem localizado, quarto e banheiro amplos, café da manhã delicioso, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos para o que precisamos. Gostei muito e indico com toda certeza para quem for a Barcelona.
