Everything is fine. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. All basic facilities like shower,heating,tv, lighting etc are equipped well. My room is quite big but a bit dark. But i think this hostel is good for staying with your own friends and you dont expect to meet new friends in the common area in this hostel as seems everyone wants to stay in the room and its not a youth hostel! And,it is quite noisy perhaps that night is hoilday night and the lane is full of pedestrian.

沒有樓梯，要扛行李到四樓，每層都挑高，房間乾淨但燈光很昏暗，餐廳有點擠，太晚就會沒位置，地點有點不是很好找，優點員工服務佳，該有的設備都不缺，地點方便。

位置很棒，完全在市區，走路可以到太陽廣場 小缺點是清晨窗戶外面很吵

交通算方便，服務也還不錯，但沒有電梯，適合行李不多或能自行提重物上樓梯的旅客。

It is on a very noisy street with people going to clubs on the weekend. Someone was smoking weed in the hallway and the smell came into my room. Only 2 showers for lots of rooms so had to wait ages for a shower.

Reserva confirmada y pagada pasada la medianoche. Al llamar para hacer el check-in, el hotel negó la existencia de la reserva y afirmó no tener habitaciones disponibles, dejándome a la 1:00 de la madrugada en Madrid, en pleno diciembre, sin alojamiento, sin alternativa y sin ningún tipo de ayuda. Expliqué que el importe ya estaba cobrado y que necesitaba una solución inmediata para esa misma noche. No solo no ofrecieron ninguna opción, sino que tampoco facilitaron la recuperación del dinero ni se mostraron dispuestos a coordinarse con la plataforma de reserva. Ante el riesgo real de quedarme en la calle de madrugada —con frío, cansancio y la lógica preocupación por seguridad— tuve que buscar y pagar otro alojamiento de urgencia. Solo después de todo esto me llamaron para decir que “se había liberado una habitación”. En ningún momento hubo una disculpa ni un reconocimiento del problema causado. Falta absoluta de profesionalidad, empatía y protocolo para reservas nocturnas. No recomendable en absoluto si llegas tarde o necesitas garantías mínimas de atención.

Lo mejor el sitio vas al centro andando. Casa antigua necesita una reforma. En general.

This is managed by cheapos. The hotel is on the 3d floor ( not good for suitcase traveling). With temperatures hovering between 4 & 8 Celsius, you have to beg for the heat to be turned on. It’s turned on but barely. We wanted to get a room with bathroom but the manager refused to give us credit for a paid-room without bath. In other pay twice! Staff cannot speak English. Common bathroom is for midgets. I would recommend this dump only to those I thoroughly dislike.

Ostello in là con gli anni, al terzo piano senza lift. Punto ottimo la centralità, in pochi minuti si arriva alla Gran via.

Quarto em boas condições e equipe atenciosa

Getting up the stairs to the top of the building with luggage was pretty bad, no elevator and no help. The room was great and the location very convenient for visiting all the bars and clubs in the area, they are all within 1-2 minutes walking distance.
