The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen .

Fabulous hotel - really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop space with pool was an added bonus and bigger than a lot of other hotels so was a huge bonus. Location is perfect, in the centre of everything and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was ok and what you would expect for a hotel breakfast but felt they could have done a bit better in this area and had a different variety of foods. It was pleasant enough, just not outstanding for what you would expect for the kind of hotel. Got a bit monotonous towards the end of the holiday.

Hotel was great, rooms were very spacious and nice amenities. Only thing was the train coming through made for some noise/ vibrations that I wasn’t expecting.

Loved this hotel, they upgraded us to a larger room that was amazing. Will certainly stay here again if back in town. And location was awesome as well.

The location of the hotel is ideal in the La Rambla. It's also a short walk to the oldest market in Barcelona as well as major metro lines. We did not add breakfast to our stay since there are oodles of choices within walking distance of the hotel. Room we stayed in were cleaned and functional. La Rambla is a noisy area; however, a rumbling sound from the subway every few minutes can be problematic for some sleepers. We were on the fourth floow and not sure if this happens on higher floor, check with hotel. Big caveat, there are major construction work around La Rambla venue at this time. This will add extra noise and dust level during the day time. By the scale of it, this can last for many more months.

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, staff super helpful. Great location and would very much recommend.

Nice hotel but it’s not five star luxury. No concierge to help. No restaurant for dinner. Roof bar closes by 6 pm but sunset is after 8 pm. Also you can head the rumble of the subway tram below the building even on the third floor.
