Great property, lots of amenities, nice staff, clean room, beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water, nice location convenient to Alcúdia shopping but still in a quieter area. Has a secure place to keep your luggage before and after checkout so you can continue to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Very reasonably priced with amazing amenities!! Pool is great, beach is great, rooms are clean and comfortable! We are college students and were able to make an incredible vacation for not very expensive!

Unser Aufenthalt war so enttäuschend, dass wir das Hotel bereits nach der ersten Nacht verlassen haben. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass die Bettwäsche und die Bettlaken mit gelben Flecken verschmutzt waren. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde uns zugesichert, dass das Bett innerhalb weniger Minuten neu bezogen werde. Als wir abends zurückkehrten, war jedoch nichts passiert. Die verschmutzte Bettwäsche lag noch immer auf dem Bett. Letztendlich mussten wir das Bett selbst beziehen – und selbst die bereitgestellten Ersatzlaken waren verschmutzt. Zusätzlich waren wir aufgrund der Hotelbeschreibung davon ausgegangen, dass es getrennte Bereiche für Familien und Gäste gibt, die Ruhe suchen. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Der hohe Lärmpegel machte Erholung nahezu unmöglich. Der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde war letztlich der ausschlaggebende Grund für unsere Abreise. Trotz der offensichtlichen Mängel gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch irgendein Entgegenkommen. Unsere Kritik wurde ignoriert. Mangelnde Hygiene, leere Versprechungen und fehlende Kundenorientierung – für uns leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung und keine Unterkunft, die wir weiterempfehlen können.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Leider kann ich das Hotel Condesa in Alcúdia nicht weiterempfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen war für uns der größte Kritikpunkt. Die Qualität der Speisen war mangelhaft, die Auswahl wenig abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich oft enttäuschend. Teilweise war das Essen aus unserer Sicht schlichtweg nicht zumutbar. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Ein großes Problem war die offensichtliche Überbelegung des Hotels. Es waren deutlich mehr Gäste vor Ort als ausreichend Platz vorhanden war. Poolliegen waren bereits früh morgens komplett belegt, sodass es praktisch unmöglich war, einen Platz am Pool zu bekommen. Zusätzlich waren die Liegen am Strand kostenpflichtig, was bei den ohnehin hohen Kosten des Urlaubs besonders ärgerlich war. Auch die Zimmer konnten nicht überzeugen. Sie waren sehr klein und boten viel zu wenig Stauraum. Der Schrank war für zwei Personen kaum ausreichend, sodass ein Teil der Kleidung dauerhaft im Koffer bleiben musste. Besonders störend war die Lärmbelastung. Laute Nachbarn wurden vom Hotelpersonal trotz Beschwerden nicht zur Ruhe ermahnt. Hinzu kam, dass die Gartenarbeiten bereits um 7 Uhr morgens begannen, wodurch regelmäßig die Nachtruhe gestört wurde. Unverständlich fanden wir außerdem, dass für jeden Handtuchwechsel eine Gebühr von 1 € verlangt wurde. Ein regelmäßiger Handtuchwechsel sollte bei einem Hotelurlaub selbstverständlich sein und nicht zusätzlich berechnet werden.

Excellent location Service level and maintenance of the property needs to raised to a much higher level. Payment for beach towels and just about everything as an add on cost etc for a resort or this calibre drops the value for money experience. No tea and coffee in a resort unit! Nor bottled drinking water! Fantastic location and lovely town and the front desk can do better to explain the use of facilities. Dining hall appears like a mass production unit.

We enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. All elements were very good.

Geweldig locatie, personeel is fantastisch, alle hotel is super!!!!

Imødekomme og meget hjælpsomt personale. Vi boede på et fint mindre værelse, men fungerede godt. Meget god rengøring. Dejligt med altan og aften-sol. Tæt på standen og flot udsigt fra sky-baren. Stort udvalg på buffeten om morgenen. Mindre detalje - Desværre levede drinksene fra baren ikke op til vores forventninger.

Me encantó este hotel desde nuestra llegada todo fue muy rápido y el recibimiento en recepción excelente! Habitaciones más que impecables, la mía tenía su balcón con vista al mar espectacular, todo el hotel muy limpio y con buenos aromas, salida directa a la playa! Increíble ❤️🙏🌴, el desayuno buffet super variado! De sabor - normal. Y el Roof top precioso. Volvería sin duda alguna

All inclusive options were very repetitive

Clean rooms and all areas. Perfect location at the Beach. Nice personnel (however bar personnel constantly were puting ice to the juices/drinks although being asked every time not to do it). Very tasty food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft beef, veal, lamb leg stew made to perfection - 5 stars. What was only missing - no crepes available for kids in the morning. Lack of healthy fruits in the snack bars. Overall - positive opinion.

No aircond in rooms in April. Big catch. Kids had been struggling to sleep at night. If open window, its too noisy. ONLY ONE RESTAURANT is open in April

Can hear people through room walls and floors. There was a dog barking every evening outside at 11pm for 2 hours. Fire alarm went off twice in our 5 night stay in the early hours of the morning.

The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea. As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Condesa. The food is delicious, and a huge variety of options at each meal time. My children always enjoyed every meal as did I. The rooms are spotless, and cleaned regularly. We had a great side sea view, with a very comfy bed. The staff are really friendly, helpful and always smiling. All the staff work really hard and will help with anything required. They go above and beyond, especially with decorating the Hotel for Halloween and keeping children entertained. Loads of amnenities, pool tables, air hockey table tennis, huge swimming pool and of course the hotel is perfectly located right on a stunning beach.
