Good location for conference in the CCIB. Much help from the friendly front desk. This is a great experience in Barcelona. A little far from most of the tourist site but close to the sunny beach!

Overall, the stay was okay. The connectivity and accessibility were good, but the property is quite far from the prime locations and main attractions. The hotel itself feels old, although the bed was comfortable. The carpets in the corridors had visible stains, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay — on the first day, toilet paper was not replenished, and on the next day, towels were missing. Additionally, no water bottles were replaced during housekeeping, which is something even a decent property usually provides as a basic service. While the stay was manageable and comfortable in parts, the hotel could definitely improve its maintenance and housekeeping standards.

Ya me había alojado anteriormente en el Hotel Diagonal Zero y conservaba un recuerdo excelente de aquella estancia. Precisamente por eso, esta vez el contraste fue más evidente. Agradecí el upgrade mencionado en el check-in, pero la habitación, aun siendo similar y en una planta superior, no estuvo a la altura: temperatura excesiva, mobiliario deteriorado y ciertos detalles ausentes que deslucían el conjunto. Lo más incómodo fue una interrupción del personal de madrugada por una cuestión que aún no termino de comprender; quizá, por mi intención de facilitar las cosas, contribuí sin querer al malentendido. Además, coincidí con una delegación de niños, lo que dificultó la tranquilidad y concentración que necesitaba. Aun así, sigo confiando en la profesionalidad del equipo y estaría dispuesto a regresar. De upgrade waardeerde ik, maar de kamer voldeed niet: te warm, versleten meubilair en enkele ontbrekende details. Het meest ongemakkelijk was een onderbreking midden in de nacht die ik nog steeds niet begrijp. Misschien droeg mijn bereidheid om behulpzaam te zijn onbedoeld bij aan het misverstand. Ook de aanwezigheid van een groep kinderen maakte rust en concentratie moeilijk. Toch blijf ik vertrouwen in de professionaliteit van het team en zou ik zeker overwegen terug te keren.

Personal atento y amable, limpieza excelente y la habitación perfecta, además de buenas conexiones.

Few faults in room which were rectified. Some English channels on the TV would be welcome. Breakfast not great. Hot food was cold

War alles gut, sauber und schön aber bei der Hotel Beschreibung steht das Flughafen 20 Autominuten entfernt ist was leider nicht stimmte ist über 40 Minuten und alle andere Beschreibungen was minuten angeht sie auch nicht so richtig, immer mit 5-10 mehr rechnen
