Hotel is in a very upmarket part of Madrid (Salamanca)but in a quiet side road which makes it ideal for seeing other interesting places. Lots of restaurants and posh shops in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have so can't comment. Single room was spacious and very clean.

This is the second time I stayed. The complimentary area was no coffee bag and got only one opened teabag in after two days made up the room. No toothbrush, no shower cap etc. This is not reaching hotel standard
