Las luces de la habitación se apagaron en plena noche y no había agua durante el día. Tras avisar a recepción, me dijeron que estaban en mantenimiento y lo restauraron al poco tiempo. Lo más importante es que pude oír el ruido del mantenimiento en la habitación todo el día.。
房間的電燈半夜會停電，白天房間沒有供水，通知前台後說正在維修，一會兒才恢復。最重要的是在房間內一直聽到維修的聲音，從早上到晚上都沒有斷過。

I think the only problem I had with the staff the majority of them didn’t really understand English, which they shouldn’t have to be in Spain. Another problem is me trying to get my Hyatt points because I booked through a Expedia I wasn’t able to get them.

スタッフは淡々としていますが親切だと思います。
ただヨーロッパ旅行でイギリスフランスと旅行してきてホテルには必ずウォーターサーバーがありましたが、このホテルにはありませんでした。
スタッフにお願いしてお水を分けてもらいましたが、おそらく水道水を冷やしたものでミネラルウォーターではありません。その部分で星を減らしました。

Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°.
I would book there again but call first to find out if dining venues are open.

Our entire experience at hotel was ok!! Tge staff assistance was unavailable!! Ask for directi on s to a point nothing needed extra towels for my room none was delivered I asked twice! Nothing!! It’s sad because I am a Hyatt member won’t stay at a Hyatt regency again very poor customer service not good Hyatt
Ask for direction front desk receptionist advised that her manager printing it never received it I asked twice!!! Hyatt regency Barcelona tower I won’t stay there again and won’t recommend it!! Hyatt Paris France won’t stay there again smh I plan on visiting Athens Greece and staying at grand Hyatt hopefully this changed my opinion on hyatt
