This is how hotels should be run! Top to bottom, this hotel nailed it. Rooms are immaculate, staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is incredible and the breakfast buffet is to die for. I'll be back!

I stayed on the 21st floor. The room had a huge window with an amazing view of the city that went on for miles. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and striking with a giant flat screen TV. The breakfast was expansive and delicious, with excellent, friendly service. The nice & highly competent service extended to front desk staff as well. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody. Great place!

Las luces de la habitación se apagaron en plena noche y no había agua durante el día. Tras avisar a recepción, me dijeron que estaban en mantenimiento y lo restauraron al poco tiempo. Lo más importante es que pude oír el ruido del mantenimiento en la habitación todo el día.。
房間的電燈半夜會停電，白天房間沒有供水，通知前台後說正在維修，一會兒才恢復。最重要的是在房間內一直聽到維修的聲音，從早上到晚上都沒有斷過。

The bathroom was a little too modern and the shower floor was slippery. The bathroom lighting was odd. It was NYE but even from the 10th floor we could hear the vibrations from the music all the way until dawn.
