The hotel is beautiful and super clean. Staff are amazing and very helpful especially Abir who went beyond to make us happy and satisfied. Highly recommending this place if you’re coming to Barcelona.

We had a room here for about 10 hours overnight during a layover. It was fairly close to the airport (~10 min) and taxis wait outside so it was very easy to get one. The location is not near downtown Barcelona so I imagine you'd only be staying here if you wanted to be near the airport or hospital. The hotel is very nice and we found service to be great. Did not get to use the amenities, but the 20 euro breakfast buffet was quite worthwhile. If you need to be in the area this is a good place to stay.

The employee with the tree tattoo on his head was horrendous. We were displaced by the strike at Westjet. We needed a place to sit for 6 hours until our room was ready. So we sat down to order the coffee. I had to order it twice ( after he snatched the menus away angrily)when he forgot even thought there were only five tables seated. I asked for menus once we felt hungry. He never returned to take our order so we left. He did the exact same thing to my husband the next day. He should be let go. Do better Hyatt.

Staff was amazing and helpful from reception to the housekeeping/cleaners. Gym was small but functional and it is extra 15 euros to use the spa faculties next door which was being refurbished on our visit and quite busy. The breakfast was basic and the usual. There wasn’t any choice for vegetarians, be nice to have a veg sausage etc. Hard boiled egg was cold on ice and over cooked. Usually it’s warm, maybe it was meant to cold for summer. Apart from that everything was lovely. The location and people around the area. Hotel staff was great and friendly.

This was our first time visiting Spain. I would recommend staying here if you can afford it. Though there might be a little distance between you and the major downtown area, I highly recommend it because it’s quiet and just the perfect amount of relaxation one might expect from a hotel brand name like this.
