I had a wonderful experience! Every aspect of the hotel was excellent, from the warm welcome at the front desk and the exceptional cleanliness of the room, to the helpful doorman, the efficient bellman, and the attentive service from the waiters and waitresses at breakfast. I truly enjoyed my stay in Madrid, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I will definitely plan to return.

Overall, the room is good. I had 5 dinners in the hotel restaurant, and the dishes were up to standard except the paella (both lobster or traditional paella were no good.) Please look for a room with a balcony on the 7th floor - sun bathing was perfect there.

Las habitaciones eran interiores y dan a un patio pequeño y bastante horrible. Apenas entra luz natural, por lo que es necesario tener siempre la luz encendida. Una pena, porque esto hace la estancia oscura y poco acogedora. El personal fue correcto y la limpieza adecuada, pero recomiendo solicitar habitación exterior si deciden alojarse aquí.
