I had a wonderful experience! Every aspect of the hotel was excellent, from the warm welcome at the front desk and the exceptional cleanliness of the room, to the helpful doorman, the efficient bellman, and the attentive service from the waiters and waitresses at breakfast. I truly enjoyed my stay in Madrid, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I will definitely plan to return.

Sadly it doesn’t really feels like an Intercontinental Hotel… It’s old, badly maintained with a really outdated decoration. The staff is very nice, but the property doesn’t really help them much!
