I had a wonderful experience! Every aspect of the hotel was excellent, from the warm welcome at the front desk and the exceptional cleanliness of the room, to the helpful doorman, the efficient bellman, and the attentive service from the waiters and waitresses at breakfast. I truly enjoyed my stay in Madrid, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I will definitely plan to return.

Our stay at the InterContinental Madrid was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and genuinely well looked after. Every interaction was kind, thoughtful, and attentive. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended.

Las habitaciones eran interiores y dan a un patio pequeño y bastante horrible. Apenas entra luz natural, por lo que es necesario tener siempre la luz encendida. Una pena, porque esto hace la estancia oscura y poco acogedora. El personal fue correcto y la limpieza adecuada, pero recomiendo solicitar habitación exterior si deciden alojarse aquí.

Sadly it doesn’t really feels like an Intercontinental Hotel… It’s old, badly maintained with a really outdated decoration. The staff is very nice, but the property doesn’t really help them much!
