We had a wonderful family holiday at Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca and would happily recommend it, especially for families with young children. The location is excellent, the sea views are beautiful, and the beach is just a short walk away. The pools and facilities were great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The all-inclusive package offered good value for money. There was plenty of food to choose from throughout the day, although some meals were quite basic. We always found something we enjoyed. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is the pest control. During our stay, we saw one cockroach on the welcome drink tray, which the staff removed immediately after we reported it, and another one inside our room during the night. We understand that insects can be more common in a warm coastal destination like Mallorca, but we hope the hotel can improve its pest control, as this is something guests should not experience in a 4-star hotel. Despite this, we had a fantastic holiday and created wonderful family memories. With improved pest control, this hotel would easily deserve 5 stars.

Vi har hatt et veldig fint opphold på Leonardo Royal Hotel. Veldig fin beliggenhet og et absolutt pluss at man kunne bade i sjøen fra bassengområdet. Frokosten var ikke noe særlig. Støyete og ukoselig matsal. Anbefaler ikke å spise på hotellet.

Great stay... location is perfect with direct access to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Room was very clean and all inclusive food package was adequate. If you rent a car, parking is the only challenge because the hotel does not have a parking garage

We had an amazing stay at Leonardo Hotel in Mallorca. Room was great and the sea view astonishing, friendly staff and great entertainment by the pool. Location one of the best in the area. Hope to come back!

Parfait emplacement au bord de mer Tout est à proximité! Hotel bien entretenu, parfait en familie ou entre amis ! Large choix de nourriture. Prévoyez une voiture si vous voulez visiter d’autres endroits.

Speisen & Getränke: Positiv war das Obst! Alles andere war leider schlechte Großküche und irgendwie enttäuschend! Pool & Liegen: Die Liegen am Pool waren bereits 08:00 Uhr alle mit Handtüchern belegt. Nur leider war außer der Handtücher niemand vor Ort! Teils wurden mehrere Liegen von einer Person belegt, um ggf. eine Schatten & eine Sonnenliege zu beanspruchen. Das Personal war zwar freundlich aber hat dieses Problem korrupt ignoriert. Sauberkeit & Zimmer: Das Zimmer war oberflächlich gereinigt und hat zum Rest leider gepasst. Es hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Aber wirklich sauber war es leider nicht und an vielen Stellen bereits abgewohnt. Insgesamt leider nur richtig schön auf den ersten Blick und oberflächlich…. Ich empfehle jedem die lediglich als einfache Unterkunft zu betrachten, Speisen und Getränke außerhalb zu suchen… Und eher an den Strand 300m entfernt zu gehen… Hier ist definitiv mehr Schein als sein.

Det börjar med att vi kommer fram och får fel rum, när vi utrycker detta så får vi ett otrevligt svar av en man som höjer rösten. ac fungerade inte under hela vistelsen och rummet var väldigt stökigt, en söndrig tv, väldigt smutsigt badrum och väldigt ful inredning. Hissarna e farliga och långsamma och all personal va väldigt otrevlig. Vakten som finns på kvällen försökte kasta ut folk som bor på hotellet av ingen anledning och i allmänhet va detta de värsta hotell jag bott på. Äcklig mat otrevlig personal fula rum. Kommer aldrig tillbaka

De flesta killar i personalen var väldigt otrevliga mot oss! Tjejerna var underbara och en kille i baren var också de. Maten var också sådär, hitta hår i maten. Vill förtydliga att de högre uppsatta på hotellet var problemet, de var de som var otrevliga! Man hann knappt äta upp innan de rykte bort tallriken. Vi har betalat en hög summa för ett halv bra rum, vi jämförde även men våra vänner som betala mindre och de fick 10 gånger så bra rum. Kommer ej tillbaka, de kändes som de bara ville att vi skulle åka. Ta åt er

Family holiday at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca, quick friendly check-in. and a room with a view of Palmanova bay. Food was very good with a wide variety at both breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff who went the extra mile to satisfy customers.

Great views and helpful staff

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit aller Hotelmitarbeiter. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Alberto sowie an das Team der Poolbar, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!“

We booked room only and had a positive experience. It was a nice hotel although slightly warn in some areas for example a lot of the sunbeds where half broken still usable tho. A thing to note about this hotel is that the pool is not heated unfortunately which in may, made it uncomfortable to use. I had a overall positive experience with staff being lovely and it being a good location, would visit again

Det luktade avlopp på våra två rum. Trist och synd att man inte kunde sitta ute och äta frukost. Hissarna var ofta upptagna av personal med städvagnar eller ex. glas till restaurangen.

Nos gustó mucho, buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones. Teníamos la habitación familiar y es espectacula tanto por el tamaño como por las vistas que tiene. El personal del hotel muy atento. Repetiré sin duda.
