The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice modernized room as well.

It was an amazing stay. There was an incident which we reported to the staff at the front desk and there was a gurgling sound and it came from the bathtub luckily we didn't use it only the shower and after the gurgling sound it smelled like sewage

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ohla Barcelona. Excellent central location and walkable by the gothic quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful at every turn. We truly enjoyed breakfast & afternoons at the rooftop pool!

Absolutely loved my stay. Ohla is a gorgeous hotel in the perfect location, close to everything and easy to walk everywhere. The staff were kind, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop was beautiful. Honestly, I couldn’t fault it. The only thing I’d mention is to be mindful of your room choice. I stayed in a lovely Junior Suite with a balcony on the first floor. It had gorgeous high ceilings and a mezzanine-style layout, which I loved. The only downside was that on Saturday night there was some street noise around 3:30 am. Even so, I still slept well, and it was a very small blip in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

I liked the breakfast buffet; it was better than I have had in the United States. The staff was very helpful, except the lady in the buffet. She did not understand English too well so, sometimes the communication was a little abrasive. The view for the Junior Suite was lacking. It was basically looking into someone’s back yard and not like the pretty city views advertised on their website. The bathroom was nice in the Junior suite; however, the pitch was not level. As such, the water falling onto the shower room floor did not stay within the shower. The toilet paper was like sand paper. I had to buy some baby wipes. The furniture was old and chipped in places. I expected better for a Junior suite. The mattress was old and hard; so, it hurt your hip bones when lying on your side. The tea kettle cord was too short to reach the outlet, so we had to put it on the chair to plug it in. The room smelled musty upon arrival and one day, the room did not get cleaned until after 3 pm. Why they expected us to stay out that long before cleaning is beyond me. The concierge kept stating to dial “9” if we needed anything; however, the phone never worked. There was one light bulb blown in the room and one flickering all day underneath the desk. The rooftop restaurant was extremely overpriced for the food served. It cost 97 euros for 4 mocktails, some shaved Iberia ham, 4 small slices of tomato toast, and papayas braves. Only the strawberry fields mocktail was worth it. I would not stay again.

Top Notch. Excellent service on every level

I had a dispute or better found an issue at the poolbar. apon arrival we went to Roof top bar and askked for the menu. there are two option either you scan a barcode attached to each tabel or you you can aks for a paper menu as we did. we order a bottle of wine listed as 100 euro..I singed of thevbil without looking.. next day same issue wecarederen the same bottle of wine and other stufI and signed again of with a brief look. on my way out I realized that I saw 130 euro for the bottle. so I went back to make an argument.. I was told that the paper pricelistvwas the old one and the scanned pricelist was the new one. the price which was correct was the digital one. ai madecaxckaim that disagreed. some 20 minutes later I went down to the front desk and asked for the manager in charge. I was told that the manager was not available but that he/shecontact us . we did not hear nor got any feedback the next 24 hours. the next day same thing I made again my point a the rooftop bar and again had to sign of for 130 euro for the bottle of wine..That evening when returned from dinner we found a bottle of Cava and 2 glasses with a small note for the inconveniences. cava value 6 euro.. no call nor any message from management received. at checkout the next day we got one bottle of wine charged for 100 Euro, others at 130 .. remain lacking if the paper pricelist menu was old?? and if so an increase of 30% of wine questionable.. lacking any phone on personal touch a missed chance

“No complaints about my stay — great experience overall. The location was excellent, and the staff were fantastic. I arrived early and my room wasn’t quite ready, but they offered me a space to shower and freshen up, and I relaxed by the pool while I waited. Nice touches included daily water bottles and a complimentary bottle of wine. My only minor gripe was that only one elevator was working during my stay, and it was quite slow. Otherwise, a wonderful experience

Beautiful property & nice room. Staff was wonderful. Elevator wasn’t working to go to rooftop while we were there. We would prefer better recommendations for dinner.

Excellent well placed hotel with vibrant rooftop bar/pool. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the meals we had there were delicious and varied. Would come again.

O ponto alto do Hotel é a localização . Ao lado da catedral de Barcelona e do Palau de la Musica Catalã. Café da Manhã excelente, houve uma sensível melhora do ano passado que também nos hospedamos aqui para este ano.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly informative about events in the city. Also the rooftop bar had amazing views of the city
