Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais tout était parfait pour un court séjour. Notre chambre était confortable et nous avons aussi profité du déjeuner qui était simple, mais suffisant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas idéal pour aller au centre-ville, mais le transport autour est assez bien desservi. Le personnel était aimable.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Desde el principio, la atención al cliente fue deficiente. Para hacer el check-in tuvimos que esperar cerca de una hora.
Cuando por fin pudimos subir a la habitación, nos la encontramos sucia. Más tarde, al regresar por la noche, tuvimos otro problema: las llaves habían sido cambiadas y tuvimos que volver a esperar bastante tiempo para que nos atendieran y solucionaran la incidencia.
En general, el servicio y la atención recibidos estuvieron muy por debajo de lo esperado. Lamentablemente, ha sido una mala experiencia y no volvería a alojarme en este hotel ni lo recomendaría.

Péssima recepção no check-in.
Funcionária extremamente antipática, que não encontrava a reserva nem fazia esforço para o fazer, deixando o "problema" com o cliente.
A minha vontade era ir embora imediatamente, se não estivesse já paga a reserva.
Não recomendo esta unidade hoteleira, algum ruído da ventilação no quarto.
Não voltarei e não recomendo.

Había reservado una habitación con cama de matrimonio y me dieron 2 camas sencillas. Hotel ruidoso por la noche, habitaciones correctas y funcionales pero falta renovar y darle un lavado de cara. Desayuno OK. Hotel bien ubicado.

Room smelled old with mildew. Only stayed one night, thankfully. Hotel is dated and needs a renovation. It is also out of the way in a neighborhood far from attractions, cruise port and airport. Uber was expensive so didn’t save money by booking there. Would not recommend. Lesson learned.

The room was clean, but no kettle for tea or coffee, has a mini bar with drinks, chocolate, and olives.
The Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was disappointing, we tried to go different hours, but it was always food missing or drinks. Don't expect a full breakfast.
Apart from the breakfast the hotel was good for what we needed, nice neighbourhood

Hotel weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums in St. Just Desvern, mit dem Bus gut eine Dreiviertelstunde, einmal quer durch die Stadt.
Hotel selbst in die Jahre gekommen, man sah, dass es einmal vor längerer Zeit einem guten Drei-Sterne-Standard entsprach, heute allerdings nicht mehr. Schimmelablagerungen in der Dusche, Laminat im Zimmer durch Wasserschäden teils aufgeweicht und mit deutlich sichtbaren Fugen, laut quietschende Türen im Hotel. Das Bett hatte eine Federkernmatratze. Größe des Zimmers für zwei Personen in Ordnung. Badutensilien (Seife und Duschgel/-shampoo) waren vorhanden und gut. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht. Personal an der Rezeption unauffällig, aber hilfsbereit. Stadtviertel mit höherem Lebensstandard, Cafés, Bars und kleinere Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar.
