This property is extremely convenient for travellers. Coffee in room and clean and so quiet for an airport hotel. Good complimentary breakfast. Excellent receptionist who personally showed us where to locate the airport transit bus and showed us to our room.

We stayed there for one night before flying home from Barcelona. A little difficult to find as it is in the Business Center and some of the doors to the Center were locked. Quiet room. Blackout curtain could be a bit wider as it is in Terminal 1 which is lit all night long.
They normally charge 40 euros for a late checkout but they agreed to waive the fee for a one hour delayed checkout at noon.

Because this hotel serves a captive audience inside the airport, it seems to rely more on convenience than quality. The rooms were extremely small, outdated, and not very clean, especially considering the above-average prices. For the same amount of money, I could have stayed at a much better hotel outside the airport.
The front desk was unattended for more than two hours, which made the experience even more frustrating. To top it off, the “included breakfast” was very disappointing and felt more like a display of packaged souvenir items than an actual breakfast. I would not stay here again.

The beds felt like you were sleeping on the floor... Wallpaper was ripped and hanging off the wall, there was also a long cobweb hanging from the ceiling! Bathroom was fine but could have definitely used a deep clean in the corners. The shower itself was very slippy.

Very basic. Simple breakfast.
Staff helpful and location was great for those needing to catch morning flight.
What was bad was there was thumping sound every now and then probably from airplanes readying for taxi, not sure what.
Also, water drainage from the shower very slow and the second person has to wait quite a while before they can shower.
Also, difficult to locate the place.

The first thing that made me upset was how hard it was to find the hotel. There was no information at the airport how to get to the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t great either. It was served from 4:30am to 10:00am. If you wanted the food to be hot you had to go to eat at 4:30am. We went at 9:00am and there was not much of the food left and everything was almost cold. The only thing that was worth it paying the money for it was the location that was very convenient for us. But for $ 340.00 per night I was expecting better quality and better service.

This was the most convenient hotel for early morning flights. The staff was very helpful with all our questions.
However, the room is quite small, had a very limited amount of hot water in the shower and we had problems adjusting the AC.
Again, it was extremely convenient.

Bathroom has zero privacy with shower being completely open to the room and toilet door not closing. Room is small for three adults (2 parents and 18 year old). Location very convenient
