Booked the premium double room for 4 pax. Checked in around 10pm. There was only 3 pairs of sleepers, bath towels, bathrobes and complementary water bottles. Only one roll away bed had a blanket. Never mind, can deal with deal. The kicker is that in the midst of the 3rd person shower, the water turned lukewarm at best. The 4th person had icy cold water. Now remember, it is now 10.30pm! The next morning we complain/feedback at recep. Answer: it is normal and due to the airport water system. Must wait 20 min in between showers to get hot water. Mind blowing! Then install an instant hot water system for each room! Or inform clearly your potential customers in your terms and conditions so that if we choose to book we are aware! Breakfast was another so so. Had to ask twice and waited over 15 min for food to be replensihed and the coffee machine to be cleaned so it could dispense. Another thing: soundproof to airport side is great but not inside. Could hear people rolling bags and all from the door. This night was the most expensive of our 15 days trip in Spain. Even the convenience of being located in the airport can't explain that if after basic amenities and services are not rendered properly. Disappointed and disappointing!

Je suis arrivé à plus de minuit et j’avais besoin d’une camomille et dans la chambre il n’y avait pas de bouilloire. Il y avait bien le thé le café inclus . Mais j’ai été obligé d’aller dans la salle de déjeuner pour prendre de l’eau chaude à plus de minuit.. à mon sens pour ce prix, j’ai vu beaucoup mieux que ça. Mais bon ça permet vraiment de bien dormir avant de reprendre notre vol c’est très calme, je le confirme et la literie elle est très bien de mon expérience. Petit déjeuner, bof . Franchement pour le prix j’ai connu mieux.

Expedia guests seem to be assigned to inferior rooms. Hard bed and pillows. Room fixtures scuffed and/or chipped. Minimal signages inside airport terminal indicating where this facility is located. Otherwise a convenient place to rest up between flights without having to catch a hotel shuttle.

Better breakfast that expected, after reading some reviews. Maybe depends what time you eat, as the breakfast is served from 04:30 am. I thought only continental, but it included scrambled eggs and bacon also. We were all satisfied. The only downside is maybe that despite information about direction to the hotel it is not very easy to find as information signs are a bit confusing and the name of the hotel is written with very small text.

It’s all good, and I’ve had scored it higher if 1. There were clear signs to get there 2. Someone had told me you need to get a bus from T2 to T1 and then hunt around looking (40 minutes in the end) 3. The mattress was a modern comfortable one not an old springed piece of back killer

The hot water didn't come out completely while I was showering, so it was very cold, and the room was also very cold when I turned off the lights. There wasn't enough place to hang towels. The breakfast was also disappointing, and I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Great location inside the business center in Terminal One of the Barcelona airport. Less than a 5 min walk to departures. Clean room and very friendly staff.

Habitación limpia. Muy buena atención por parte del personal de recepción. Colaborativos. Muy buena insonorización de la habitación. No se escuchaban los aviones.

このホテルはバルセロナ空港内にあるため、空港利用前後での利用に限定されると思いますが、必要最小限の設備とサービスが提供されていており、利用価値は高いと思います。 ボトルに入った飲料水の提供、ベッドは個人的に少し柔らかすぎる感じですが、清潔です。アメニティはバスジェル、シャンプー、コンディショナーが各々提供されています。シャワーの水圧、温度も申し分ありません。出発前、到着後の休息をサポートしてくれます。 朝食もコンチネンタルバフェットが意識ですが十分なメニューが提供されています。 全ての部屋が同じフロアにあり、フラットな環境もさまざまな意味で理に適っていると思います。 実は、Uber利用者にも便利な位置関係ですが、難点は、ややアクセスがわかりづらいところ。

Very nice staff, very good, quiet and clean room!

Much love and gratitude for the front desk gentleman who checked us in. Other than his extremely unusual outstanding service, the rest of the stay was mediocre. Nothing horrible, nothing more than that.

The gentlema who works late nights at the front desk is DELIGHTFUL — he was extremely kind, helpful, proactive, sincere, and charming. After a long day of tiring travel, we couldn’t have imagined a more lovely welcome. Thank you so much sir for your unusual warmth and goodness. The room itself was acceptable. The bed was not horrible but was below average comfort. The sheets and pillows also were not horrible but below average. The bathroom had an issue with the shower design such that the water leaked out substantially onto the floor by the sink. The window shade was broken such that we could not fully block light from the street. But it was clean and felt safe and served its purpose. The breakfast had good options, some variety, including fresh and yummy things that we appreciated. The convenience is huge, of course, and that’s what you’re paying for. I would stay here again ONLY if I had another 5am flight, and would honestly be bummed to pay extra for a bare minimum experience. But all in all, it was fine.
