We enjoyed our stay here. The staff at check in was quite off-putting but everyone else was great. Being so close to the train station was amazing! And the view from our room was awesome! If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, this isn’t it. However, if you’re looking for a basic hotel that is close to the train station and still nice, this is a great option!

This was a great location just a 2-3 minute walk from a major transit station. I would stay here again and I would recommend this. Considering what food costs in Switzerland, free breakfast was important.
There is a warning on the back of the bathroom door that if you steam up the room and set off the fire alarm, it's a 150CHF fine, and I was worried about it before I showered. I later learned that it is not a problem at all at standard shower temperatures. No need to stress.
I stayed in a one twin bed room. It was small but not cramped and had everything I needed.

The room was nice and had a nice view to the river. However, since there is a pub in the corner, it got noisy for few hours and drunk people were making noise during very late at nigh. The walls are not sound proof so could hear the neighbors steps, conversations, etc. I couldn’t have a good rest

入住時付了費加一張小童床，外出回來後，加床消失了！晚上完全沒有服務員！完全不知道為何加床消失了？理論後前台給了一間環境很差的單人房！到第二天才把床重新再加！莫名其妙，又沒有解釋原因！

Just 3 mins walk to interlaken west station, very convenient location. You can buy whatever you want in the mall and supermarket just close by the station. The room is clean and feeling comfortable. Im lucky to have a lake view room, very beautiful view - lake and mountain. The only things not perfect is the poor wifi, always unable to connect even you have to pay for it and the breakfast choice is limited, im disappointed that no sausage provide but the fired egg taste is good!

整體也不錯，我早上到達，雖然未到Check in時間，先放下大行李，酒店職員便给我一張在Interlaken免費搭車的優惠卡，即時便四處遊覽，下午回酒店取房！房間比較舊但也乾淨！早餐也有不同的食物選擇，並非很好，但也Ok！

no kettle, no mini bar, no AC, too hot, no safe to keep valuable stuff, only one plastic bin without bin liners in bathroom, towers are clean, bang average breakfast.
Fair enough it's not that expensive even it's very close to train station and loctaion is spot on,
But should have been better, Staff are so laid back, shown not much interest, will look elsewhere next time
