I stayed at this hotel for only one night in Zurich. The location is great, walking distance to train station and sightseeing spots in Zurich. If you came from the airport, the hotel located right near the bus stop of line 10. Great option if I have a late night arrived flight. Also, the front desk is very helpful and act fast if you have any question or special needs. Even though everything is worked through online. Including card key and luggage storage.

The only thing is that it is located somewhere slightly uphill so if you are intending to walk from train station to the hotel with big luggages please be aware. Otherwise, hotel itself is nice and cozy. Equipped with small fridge, hair dryer, air-con, heater and towels. Should be enough for travelling.

The air conditioner is too weak for hot summer, so the room is very hot, even after requesting the ventilation fans. We waited for a long time cause the room was not ready for checking in. The bathroom is extremely small even for slim body. But the breakfast was good.
