Take bus #204 from the train station for only few mins.Speedy check in with friendly staff. Facilities with sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet is only breads and pastries without hot foods is a bit disappointed. Overall service is excellent.

可升等入住五星級飯店，非常開心，飯店有免費泳池、按摩浴缸及蒸氣、烤箱，但可惜沒帶泳衣，只能享受蒸氣、烤箱，沒法玩水。 飯店提供交通卡，提供入住時免費的交通搭乘，非常貼心及方便，另外，也很喜歡飯店出來的林蔭大道，延著大道一直走，可到達很有名的西庸城堡，漫步大道上很愜意，很喜歡這樣的氛圍感。 未來有機會還是會選擇入住。

一个非常漂亮的酒店，一走进门就被走廊的装饰吸引，彩色的玻璃窗，墙上挂着很多画，白色的门窗和淡粉色的墙面，一切都让人感到无比舒服，房间的窗户对着美丽的景色，清晨能看到山上的晨雾，酒店距离湖边很近，清晨漫步在湖边，景色无比美好。

冰箱內的二瓶酒被喝掉，我們發現後去跟櫃臺說，櫃檯的人也說沒關係，第二天門口貼ㄧ張紙條，希望我們能和櫃臺連絡，我們也立刻去了，櫃臺叫我們要讓清潔員去打掃，第二天回飯店後看到酒瓶還是空的，但是飯店都沒有再說什麼。等回國後卻收到二瓶酒的帳單，令人超級傻眼！！！

The most satisfied hotel during this trip. Good location and so comfortable

good but aircon is not strong enough. luckly we are not go in summer time.

Room size is ok for family. The water pressure is low and wifi is weak.

前台在对面酒店，楼下门禁密码办理入住时没告诉我，又拖着行李跑了一趟。。。不过服务态度很好

nice staff,good location n beautiful scene!

1、酒店房间大,环境清静，房间十分整洁，步行到湖边不需5分钟。2、酒店员工服务态度好,很有礼。3、但不太近火车站,需步行超过15分钟才到酒店。4、酒店附近餐馆不多,没有多大的选择性。5、附近没有超级市场及商店、需步行至火车站才有。

The staff is nice, the room I feel it is very clean ,the table didn't hv dust, the toilet is big and clean, but the room don't hv air conditioner even though is Sep but the room still hot, they give me the second floor if I open the window MANY bug came into my room, so at night I didn't open the window,if u stay in there don't choice second floor.

这家酒店啥都不错，就是check in居然是到街对面，我们提着行李找了很久！

Oppholdet var kun en natt, og hotellet var greit nok. Rommet befant seg under bakkenivå, som gjorde at det ikke var så aktuelt å åpne vinduene, som var dumt da det ikke var aircondition på rommet. Skulle prøve en drink i baren men etter 30 minutter venting gikk vi. Mye mygg på kveldstid, men kort vei til et koselig badested som var et pluss.

Didn't initially realise that the property management is the same as that of the Royal Plaza (opposite) but didn't really cause much of an issue. We were still able to use the amenities at Royal Plaza. Villa Toscane itself wasn't manned but our room was really nice and clean. Staff overall were very helpful and we had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel, we only stayed one night, but the AC worked well, the bed was a little small and not super comfortable but everything else was top notch. The dinner was nice at the Royal. Staff was very helpful in getting us situated. Would absolutely return.

Great price for the smaller related hotel behind the royal plaza. We had full access to all the ameneties in the bigger hotel and the small one had unexpected features like a fridge and air conditioning which we didnt experience any where else in switz....for a fantastic price. Very happy!

Excellent and convenient!

Lovely view from room . Stayed at the hotel opposite which was much nicer . We then upgraded for a small fee to lake view , which made our stay . Enjoyed the food at the hotel , and the swimming pool . Would stay again if in the area . Parking was a little too expensive !!

Great location. Beautiful views from the room. Well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bikes without any issues. The breakfast was perfect and had everything I needed.
