great stay with Centara Reserve, all staffs we met are very nice and helpful, they prepared birthday surprise for my son in room and singing bday song at restaurant. Its Wounderful! Lee

全部體驗都很好，特別是行李員Calvein很熱情的幫助旅客，另外房內的缺點就是很硬咬腳的拖鞋，還有VIP Access沒有延遲退房2小時，也沒有房間升等。

Stay was wonderful. Staff were incredible, property condition great, location was perfect for us. Not in the middle of the action, but close enough to get there easily.

Luxury resort . In excellent location beautiful beach area. First class service by all staff. Great food. Nice bar in the room. Had the ocean view suite was sensational. 10/10 resort.

From the moment we arrived at Centara Reserve Samui, we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive staff. From the reception, we were personally guided around the property and introduced to all the facilities – the level of care truly made a difference. Our entire stay was pure luxury. Every single day, the food was outstanding – delicious, beautifully prepared, and with so much variety. The surroundings were stunning, peaceful, and the beach was absolutely the best on the entire island – crystal clear water, soft sand, and a perfect atmosphere. Everything was spot on – the service, the quality, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend it enough. If you’re considering Koh Samui, this place is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

Bel hôtel! Bon emplacement, bonne restauration! Petit déjeuner excellent! Attention aux détails, pas de linge après le passage du housekeeping, l’horaire du check in pas respectée et pas d’excuse!

Strand, Zimmer, Personal und auch das Frühstück waren gut. Ich denke das beste Hotel am Chaweng Beach selbst. Es ist halt doch ein recht großes Hotel und das Sollte man mögen. Die Restaurants im Hotel kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir immer Außerhalb Essen waren.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are great. We had the deluxe-room with pool-access and it was fantastic. The breakfast is very good, a huge selection of different cold/warm alternatives as well as choices from an a’la cart menu. Poolarea is great and you will be served ice-water throughout the whole day. There are two poolareas, the bigger one where kids can swim and a smaller one which is adults only. You will also find other areas close to the beach where you can lay out in the sun and enjoy the ocean. The area outside the hotel is typical for any other place in Thailand - broken pavement, massage places, bars, restaurants, construction sites, stray dogs and trash here and there. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that in any way impacts on our stay. Although it could be good to know that it is quite a long walk from Central Festival Mall. We took a taxi from the hotel. The only negative was that it was damp in the room so nothing ever dried up. Even the bedsheets had that ”not-completely-dry” feeling to them. Nothing dried up outside either due to the humidity. Seems like a non-issue considering everything else was absolutely terrific! We loved our stay and absolutely recommend Centara Reserve - we will for sure come back if we go back to Koh Samui again.
