The location is perfect, most beautiful beach I've ever seen, and 30min walking to Ton Sai or by long tail boat. The beachfront room is perfect to relax at the beach. Air continioning works great The room could use some renovation. The bed was really confortable, but in the bathroom things like shower, tap and others were really rusty. Cleanliness on some stuff could be better. I wouldn't say it is a resort really since it has no pool or other facilities. Breakfast is ok, quite some options. We have been to the hotel restaurant once but the quality was below avarage in our experience, with the beef we ordered being only grease. They were prompt in returning it to thr kitchen, though! In general, I recommend it for the right price, as the location is really worth it!

Por se tratar de um hotel de praia, é aceitável que o ar condicionado não dê conta do calor. A praia onde está localizada é bem tranquila e de médio movimento. O restaurante é muito bom, e a vista é maravilhosa. Não tivemos nada a reclamar. O hotel possui uma lojinha de conveniência que ajuda bastante. Do hotel até o centrinho de Phi Phi é necessário pegar um barco que custa 100 bahts durante o dia cada trecho e 150 baht a noite.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. My stay was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures. The beach itself is beautiful, but the property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The room smelled like sewage - I agree with other reviewers who have described it as "staying in Alcatraz." I arrived at my room after dinner to find a cockroach inside. Within 20 minutes, a second (huge) cockroach appeared. For context, I have a deep-rooted phobia of cockroaches. I tried to seek help, but the front desk was closed (they DO NOT offer 24h service), so the staff had to come from home to address the issue. I was hyperventilating (if I could choose not to have this phobia, I certainly would, but alas, here I am). I wanted to leave right away and book alternative accommodation nearby, to which the staff did not respond well. I was engaged in a hostile negotiation for 90 minutes. At one point, I was physically inside a room with two of the staff standing in front of the door - and it certainly did not feel as though I was free to leave. They staunchly refused to agree to a refund, despite Expedia Customer Service attempting to contact them to process it. After 1 1/2 hrs of mental manipulation, I was coerced into accepting an alternative room, which they sprayed with insecticide. I did not sleep, and my stay at this beautiful beach was ruined by this wretched hotel. This hotel cannot continue to exist in its current state. Please don't book this!

Fantastisk beliggenhed, men hotellet var ikke noget særligt. Meget slidt, kedelig og sparsom morgenmad. Badeværelset var sløjt.

Took almost 2 hours to get to property as taxi boats did not arrive due to ‘low tide’. All other hotels in the area managed, so we had to pay to go on a neighbouring hotels boat. Staff at the port were very unhelpful and rude. Key note is that you have to get a taxi boat to and from the hotel, otherwise it is 40minute walk in difficult conditions. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no offer to carry the bags. Hotel room was very dated and bathroom in particular was not clean. No pool or loungers at the property.

Værelserne virker slidte, men der bliver gjort pænt rent. Personalet er smilende . Restauranten er bortset fra terrassen og personalet er iført mejeri hætter. Maden er god. Haven er IKKE vedligeholdt og derfor fyldt med nedfaldne blade og virker lidt træt. Stranden er smuk og ren- rent paradis

Værelset var meget slidt, personalet var ikke ligefrem smilende, men gjorde hvad de kunne, der manglede en el kedel og nogle håndklæder til stranden.

The hotel premisses are quite dates, it’s not exactly what you see in the pictures. There aren’t beach chairs or anything like that. The breakfast is really catered to the asian market much more than the western one. The bed was not very good in my opinion. On the plus side, they have complimentary boat ride on arrival and departure to the pier. They checked us in earlier as well.

Shower was a little weak, but amenities are incredible. Literally seeing the blue water from our bed is something incredible. Resort has everything you need

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a really beautiful resort on a beautiful island.

Kan ikke anbefales! Slitte rom, sur betjening. Eneste hyggelige var de som kjørte long tail.

Stanza grande e ben arredata. Dotata di tutti i servizi. Posizione eccellente, fronte mare. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Great spot on Phi Phi Island! Staff was very helpful. Food was good and large selection. Room was clean and comfortable. Towels were worn but otherwise nice stay

Some of the staff was very friendly, some not so much. But in general a very nice stay.

Room is awful, in dire need of renovation. The toilet room - literally smells like a septic tank. Green looking fluid all over the floor, tiles even look dirty. The towels they provide smell like they haven’t been washed and dried properly. In the bedroom section - mattress is rock solid, may as well of sleep on the floor. Fridge is disgusting. Lack of descent lighting. Mosquitoes everywhere! I understand the rural aspect, but many things which are straightforward can be approved upon. The main reason for not giving this place 1 star is the beach and restaurant / staff. These are the best things this place can offer. Also, fyi literally no shops or other restaurants close by.
