清迈维兰达套房

整理環境非常棒，但是房間內不是非常整潔，我們是入住雙臥室房型，廚房的整潔度不足，有待加強。 入住其間也預訂了酒店內的SPA，非常不滿意芳療師的手法，我們母女三人從沒體驗過如此差勁的SPA，收費很貴，但根本沒有享受到該有的服務，真的有很大的改善空間。 酒店附設的kid’s club也需改善，俱樂部的哥哥姐姐一點也不友善，小孩在裡面也沒有跟小孩有任何互動，非常冷淡。

是次是本人第一次入住清邁陽台式渡假村，感覺非常良好，服務員有優質工作態度，房間也很整潔，大致上滿分評分👍

離市區差不多30mins車程 優悠之選 但設施不是太多

Spectacular views and excellent room size, good place to for real escape from hectic life. Need to increase shuttle bus frequency to city center and also wifi and hot water did not work quite well which need improvement.

套房的環境不及二人房的美 整體都舒服

位置真係遠 但唔遠就無左relax既感覺 酒店職員服務好好 會幫我地book其他outdoor既活動 (活動與酒店無關) 由於5人同行關係 再加上住地下所以房間好大 一出去就係細泳池 仲有個大泳池係餐廳個邊 :)

雖遠離市中心 但是很舒適 值得一住 環境一流 很有渡假感覺 唯一小缺點是房間的沐浴露每天都很少 不夠用 同他們講了都是這樣 浴室的洗手盆沒有洗手露

Nice people especially Lik from this hotel! Good food that value for money! Enjoy the stay here and would definitely come again! If more outdoor activities can be provided by the hotel, the longer business hour for the gym and swimming pool that would be better.

Nice escape and contrast from busier city locations but easy access to city locations using Grab or taxi. Pool and breakfast was relaxing experience.

Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. Also food on site was great.

ที่พักสวย สะอาด รีสอร์ทอยู่ใกล้ ไนท์ซาฟารี สวนอุทยานราชพฤกษ และวัดพระธาตุดอยคำ หลวงพ่อทันใจ เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวไปพักผ่อนมากๆคะ

치앙마이의 우붓 느낌이었어요. 녹차밭 또는 계단식 논 형태의 조경도 좋았고, 수영장도 너무 이쁘고 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮았습니다.

전반적으로 직원들 서비스 친절 그리고 프로그램등은 정말 좋았습니다. 그리고 수영장도 좋았구요. 근데 레지던스 가구부터 전반적으로 상태가 너무 낡고 슬라이딩 문이 계속 열려서 안 닫혔습니다. 출입구부분 공사 자재 쌓아놓고 입구에서 직원들이 차를 세차하고있어서 기분이 별로..였네요. 에어컨에서 하수구?똥냄세 죽는줄 알았어요. 조식도 그럭저럭. The Staffs are great. They are kind and helpful. But the building and room's very old. The sliding door of restroom was keeping open. The worst thing was smell of air conditioner.

The 3rd time visiting here with family & still wonderful! Incredibly kind, caring & attentive staff. Just what we wanted. Younger daughter (& family) surprised by a birthday cake organised by Khun Fern who went over & beyond in service & kindness! Highly recommended & will revisit.

수영장과 조식이 좋았습니다. 숙소는 생각보다 오래된 느낌. 치앙마이 시내와 떨어져있어서 할게 없었네요. 1박하기엔 좋아요

The resort architecture is really spectacular and inspiring. A wonderful place to relax and seek quiet. However, the interior detailing is not always up to the mark - small details that mar the overall impression - like for example the clutter around the entrance to 'Higher Room', the breakfast restaurant. The rooms are spacious and nice - I would have preferred that the small bed in front of the terrasse door seemed strange in the room. The large bed is rather hard and there is no choice in pillows. The two pillows on the bed were too large and hard for me. There could also be more towels .. needed for hairwash etc. Finally, arriving by car it was quite difficult to find the property and there were no signs before reaching the property. A detailed map on the web would have made it so much easier.

Great environment with helpful and friendly stuff. Will definitely visit again in short while.

The staff were very frindly and helpfully in the restaurant and in the reception, my two bedrooms suite very dirty and so old furniture. I complained and they gave me free dinner to be silence.
