Saat 01:00’de yan odadan gelen yüksek sesli müzik nedeniyle konaklamamız ciddi şekilde rahatsız edici hale geldi. Durumu otel görevlilerine bildirmemize rağmen, ilgili misafir gürültüye devam etti ve daha da kötüsü, bunun bir “problem olmadığını” ifade etti. Gece müdürünün ise bu durumu etkin şekilde yönetememesi ve pasif kalması açıkça kabul edilemezdi. Ancak polis çağırma ihtimalini dile getirdiğimizde müdahale edilmesi, otelin krizi ancak baskı altında çözebildiğini gösteriyor. Dünyanın hiçbir yerinde, özellikle bu segmentte konumlanan bir otelde, gece 23:00 sonrası yüksek sesle müzik dinlemek veya diğer misafirleri rahatsız edecek şekilde gürültü yapmak tolere edilemez. Ritz-Carlton seviyesinde bir marka değeri iddiası olan bir otelin bu kadar temel bir misafir deneyimi sorununu yönetememesi ciddi bir kalite zafiyetidir. Bu yaşananlar yalnızca rahatsızlık değil, aynı zamanda markaya duyulan güveni de zedeleyen bir durumdur. Bu olayla ilgili otel yönetiminden açık bir özür ve benzer durumların tekrar yaşanmaması için somut önlemler bekliyorum.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The amenities are lovely. The food is excellent. The view of the river is beautiful and can be seen from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, It’s a short walk to the tram. We liked the tranquil escape it gave us from the bustle of Istanbul. The courtesy and etiquette of the staff is world class. We are grateful to them. Many thanks for making our stay wonderful.

Description of the room on the booking site is inaccurate. First night all I had was the room with view of a big industrial structure. I think that is the stadium even though I had booked a view room. Next day I had to pay €130 to Get a proper view from the room. I think that was unfair. I stayed in room 509 and then subsequently upgraded after paying to 1012

Yes both spa and breakfast wee excellent. Staff at breakfast were very attentive at 7:30 AM, but there is no staff there physical. It will be helpful to have somebody sitting at the front desk even though the treatments start at 9 AM. People feel welcome to walk if there is something there at that time.

Our best hotel in 22 nights of travel! We so enjoyed our two days there. I almost wish we had done less sightseeing and more time in the Ritz. Awesome stay!

Hotel com vista fantástica , equipe muito educada, principalmente um senhor que cuidava do nosso apartamento e chefe do restaurante do café da manhã.

Clean room and wonderful staff

We had a short stay with late night check in and early check out for airport transfer. It was amazing stay. Hope we could have stayed longer.

Super luxurious hotel with very attentive service and loads of complimentary perks. View is beautiful but location not ideal for walking.

Pas au niveau du Ritz, ni même d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles. Les chambres sont vieilles, les services proposés ne sont pas haut de gamme. C’est un hôtel 5 étoiles lambda sans prestige. Seul point fort : les employés très souriant et la qualité de la literie. Le rooftop était fermé alors qu’il y avait un grand soleil car nous sommes en saison hivernal (avril !!) , donc pas de terrasse ni d’espace ouvert, je trouve ça dingue pour le Ritz. Pas de service classique proposé (collation, snack etc). Sans parler de la « vu partiel mer » qui est juste une blague. On a eu la vue sur un parking et sur un stade plus qu’autre chose. Également, un petit déjeuner des plus classique ; viennoiseries, œufs, fromages et fruits. Où est le luxe ?? Baisser vos prix, honnêtement vous n’êtes pas la hauteur. Payer 300$ pour cette chambre était une insulte. Je me suis sentie volée.

Very professional service with their real enthusaism.

Alles top, Zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz neu, aber schön, sauber und am wichtigsten jeweils für mich ist ein komfortables Bett, welches top war. Personal auch sehr freundlich ind zuvorkommend. Preis-/Leistung sowie Lage war hier auch super.
