海洋酒店

客戶尚算整潔，職員很友善。酒店外牆裝修中，但沒有噪音。但從酒店的停車場進入酒店是沒有電梯，需要拎行李行樓梯到接待處。注意酒店的電梯同一時間只限2人進入使用。

整個酒店外牆被鐵架包圍着，嚴重影響海景房景觀，跟購買時相片不同，感覺受騙！！！酒店地板木造，走廊地板傾斜，房內每走一步都會發出吱吱聲，嚴重影響睡眠質素！！！ 洗手間和照片一樣狹窄，設施簡陋，使用不方便！

First room we had 301 was. so small and the bathroom well don't go there we managed to change to 304 bigger all round but still needed to be updated The meals were so bad that we had. to eat out all in all a terrible 5 days at great expense for the 6 of us oh and 1pair through I'll health were unable to come and yes we got no refund(472.00 pounds) all in all rubbish

Hotel is a little tired in spots but overall a good location with very friendly helpful staff

Lovely hotel .but doing a lot of work on roof .cover in scaffolding. But still had a lovely stay

The breakfast was excellent

Room clean however bathroom was small and badly designed Staff very helpful and professional Well laid out and plenty of food Bar was very good Entertainment we enjoy very much

This hotel has very extensive building work and has scaffolding outside the building . The pool changed room where closed and it would have been nice to have a robes. We had a room in the roof . Room was quite cold but very clean .

The room was clean, fairly comfortable bed but the shower was appalling. The shower unit was one of those where you turn the dials for on/off and temperature, mainly used in cafe toilets. The water trickled very slow and it was luke warm or cold and kept stopping mid flow. It has to be the worst shower I've ever come across in the last thirty plus year's of travel. I reported the problem to reception but nothing was done to fix it. The location of the hotel is good but it needs major modernising and updating. All in all I was not very impressed.

The hotel itself was ok, apart from the things we had specifically asked for, were not provided. We had asked for a room with shower only, and yet we were given one with a shower over a bath, which led to us not using it. We also asked for a room with relatively easy access to, due to mobility issues, however we were given a room, which to get to, involved lots of walking up and down flights of stairs, after using the lift. Other than the stated items, the only problem we had was the poor quality of the bed, which led to limited sleep.

Overall a good and comfortable stay for a night or 2 as you would just use the hotel to sleep.

Had another very enjoyable stay at The Marine. Breakfast excellent as usual. Staff very pleasant. Excellent location always our first choice for accommodation in Llandudno. Already booked further stays.

We were too late for breakfast! We went for a swim. The hotel was really scruffy. We were not informed that it was necessary to book dinner before 5.00 p.m. The steps outside were filthy. We were not allowed to have the room key untilil we given the c.c. number. Our stay was unpleasant.

Good choice of breakfast hot tasty good choice of drinks also
