Second time staying here. Nice area. Great for souvenir shopping. Very close to the theater district and lots of wonderful food choices nearby. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff with easy check in and our room was ready early on arrival. The cleanliness of room and little details like cookies at check in and a bowl of fruit in our room. Great breakfast. The hotel is in a great location too.

Friendly Reception and hospitality at the check in and the room was clean and a quiet location which allowed for a great rest. The breakfast service was excellent on the lower floor and all round was very pleased with the stay and hope to return one day on another visit!

ヒースロー空港からピカデリーライン１本で最寄り駅Horbornにつきました。大英博物館も近く立地は最高です。エアコンが付いているホテルということでこちらを選びました。とても快適に過ごせました。また、朝食付きのプランにしたのですが、メニューが豊富でとても楽しくおいしい朝食になりました。特に対面で作ってもらったオムレツが最高！またロンドンに来ることがあれば泊まりたいと思います。ただ一点、エアコンのフィルターのホコリが溜まっていたので、お掃除をお願いします。

Rigtig godt hotel, med super søde service venlige personale. Morgenmaden er den bedste vi nogensinde har fået i London. Værelses var efter "London standard" pænt stort. Et rigtig godt hotel hvor vi gerne kommer igen.
