Information about JR Karuizawa Station and exchanging "Sawaya Jam": JR Shinkansen trains arrive at Karuizawa Station on the 1st floor platform. The ticket gate exit is on the 3rd floor. When you exit the ticket gate on the 3rd floor, the north exit is on the left and the south exit is on the right. If you go left after exiting the ticket gate, you will find the souvenir shop "Shinanoya Karuizawa", inside which you will find the "Sawaya" store. To exchange your "Sawaya Jam", please present the electronic coupon at this store. *Please note that you cannot exchange it at the store in Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza.
