The facilities and location are good. But the service needs some improvement. When we checked in the room on the first day, the television is still on with radio mode, it takes some time for me to turn it off. Also, there is no slipper provided in the hotel. I placed the used towels on the floor as requested, but they did not replenish new ones for us. In addition, the wifi doesn’t work very well and stable during my stay.

체크인시 준비된 룸이 없으니 장애인 시설 룸을 제안하면서 크게 다르지 않다고 해서 체크인. 전혀 다르지 않아 당황했지만. 귀찮기도 해서 그냥 있기로. 근데 에어컨도 고장. 나중에 방을 바꿔주기는 했지만, 아직도 왜 그런 방을 오퍼했는지 모르겠네.

Das Hotel ist gut ein Jahr geöffnet. Wir waren relativ kurz nach der Eröffnung und nun ein Jahr später wieder. Das Hotel wirkt bereits sehr abgenutzt und die Sauberkeit lässt recht zu wünschen übrig. Einiges im Zimmer scheint noch nie angestaubt.

Staff was extremely courteous, room was a good size. Only two issues. Found the bed and pillows to be too soft but that is based on our personal preference. Breakfast was terrible and very expensive. 1st order oh hash browns was overcooked, replacement was too oily to eat.

Clean room with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Free upgrade on checking in and I was able to store my luggage for a couple hours after I had checked out. They also have a free drink coupon. Hotel increases in vibe on Friday/saturday.

Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009.
