Very enjoyable stay. Great vibe, funky decor, awesome staff. Breakfast at Loam was excellent. Sad I didn’t have time for Kiln. Did check the spot out though and imagine it is stunning at night. Highly
recommend. Make sure to check out Butter across the street and try their Chicken and Donuts.

Love the ace, a shame the lobby bar wasn’t open until late on Wednesday like google review said, and couple of the bar staff not very friendly. All other staff at reception are lovely. Thanks for having us

Really impressed with Ace Hotel Sydney. They’ve done a great job capturing that New York feel and bringing it into Sydney without it feeling forced.
The location is a big win, right in a cool, lively part of the city with easy access to everything you’d want. Makes it a great base whether you’re here for work or a weekend.
Rooms are well designed and stylish, though a little on the smaller side. That said, the bed was seriously comfortable, which more than makes up for it after a long day.
Didn’t get a chance to try Kiln, which was a bit of a shame as I’ve heard great things, but gives me a reason to come back.
What really stood out was the team, genuinely friendly, helpful, and made the whole stay feel easy.
Would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a hipster dormitory hotel stay this is it. Interior is not designed with practicality and comfort in mind, more design / Instagramable. Staff have room for improvements.

The facilities and location are good. But the service needs some improvement. When we checked in the room on the first day, the television is still on with radio mode, it takes some time for me to turn it off. Also, there is no slipper provided in the hotel. I placed the used towels on the floor as requested, but they did not replenish new ones for us. In addition, the wifi doesn’t work very well and stable during my stay.

Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked.

The staff was wonderful and the lounge area was interesting, comfortable and enjoyable to relax in or listen to music. I was frustrated with not having my room vacuumed, glasses not being replaced or the soap, etc.

Super nice.llace in a great location for what we were travelling for. Room was neat, clean and well laid out. Double glazed windows were awesome and couldn't hear a thing with them closed. The only quirky thing was that servicing the roo.s appeared to only be if you requested. Apart from that, would recommend.

Oh my goodness… my favourite hotel in Sydney. I was travelling with my 4yo and he said it was his “Best day ever!”. The staff are so so lovely - we even got an upgrade which was super duper wonderful, thank you lovely man at reception… But all the staff were lovely and so patient with my rambunctious boy. Communal spaces totally groovy, as per ACE style, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed, vinyls waiting for you and great selection of bar snacks and drinks. I love this hotel. Every. Singe. Time. Thanks Ace 🙏

Check in team continuing to be both efficient and welcoming and rooms are calm and comfortable
